JUST DOWNLOADED THE APP ABD AS SOON AS I ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER IT KEEPS SAYING THAT I OPTED OUT IF TEXT MESSAGES FROM PB. EVEN WHEN USING MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS, I KNEW THERE WAS A RED FLAG BECAUSE IT SAYS OPTED IUT IF TEXT MESSAGED INSTEAD OF MESSAGES.

They are really not professional at all. It's been almost two weeks. I couldn't change my email address. I called and sent messages many times, but I still couldn't change it. I gave it one star, actually it doesn't even deserve one star. Technical support

Since Affirm took over the app is terrible. I cannot update the payment method and the payment due day is coming soon.

You can sign in and see a black screen. Wanted to check my account because they’re still taking my money but I thought I was done. Convenient for them.

WORST customer service
This is the worst company to deal with. I’ve been calling since August to have my account closed. (I paid on time every month, and paid off account BEFORE the due date term) They keep telling me it will be 10 days to process that request, only for me to have to call back weeks later to ask AGAIN to close the account and them saying they have no record of me requesting that, even though I have emails with dates on them. Horrible HORRIBLE customer service.

Keep contacting customer service thru cellphone but i think theres not even one.

just downloaded this app to keep track with my payments but buttons do not redirect as expected. Fix this please. Horrible app, have yet to experience this company's services...we'll see how it goes.

This pay bright very bad . They try to destroy my credit card I bought I phone and make 1 year payment with them . They took my money 6 month and stop and they block my app I try to open but can not . Today I got the letter from Aro collection they put me to pay full amount . I did pay all but I will talk to legal department why they try to damage my scores credit 😞

Nothing work properly
Everytime I tried to change my payment method it gives error. Im so tired asking support why its not working and they are also not helpful. They replied we have no clue.
