I wanted to love it
I wish I had read the reviews before I had my check deposit set up. It allows you to transfer money using a phone number, but, there is no way to track it after that. It does not give you a way to update debit cards linked with phone numbers so if a contact has canceled a debit card and has a new debit card. There is no way to update it on the app. The money is just floating out there until it declines. I called the customer service line. They said they could not see. I’m not able to see the transaction online nor am I able to cancel it. I can dispute it, but it can take up to 90 days. I do not have a lot of faith that this will be taken care of.
There is an email that directs you to send feedback but when you send the feedback, the email bounces back and says it’s not a valid email.
There are so many issues that I’m not sure I can continue using the account. It’s such a hassle.

why do i have to get a security code every single time even when i click remember me? my phone is currently shut off and i can't even check my balance lol
App Glitches and Money Disappears
Had this account for several years. The functionality is super basic, if I lock my card, the app freezes up and I have to call them to unlock my card.
Most recently I tried to transfer $2410 from my spending account to my savings account and there was an error. However, my money was still taken out of my spending account but not put into savings. I’ve called and spent countless hours on the phone and can’t get anybody to help me fix it, other than say it’s escalated…cool. It’s a simple fix any bank could just do manually review, but not here. My money is just gone. Beware!!

Customer Service Could Be A Lot Better
This bank is pretty terrible. I wasn’t able to get overdraft (purchase cushion) despite qualifying for 3 months. I can’t get notifications when I get paid. The customer service is awful as another reviewer said. They are nice but can’t help you. I am switching banks and closing my account because I can’t take it anymore.

Honest review.
The app functionality could be improved immensely. I don’t have time to write an exclusive detailed review about it, but you get the memo based on other reviews and just general app experience. Otherwise, I am very happy with the banking experience so far.

Worst customer service I ever experienced in all my years of living
very messy.
I wish theyd just let you do this via a desktop and didnt demand that you get this app. especially since its so buggy that it makes it impossible to navigate. it sends notifications even if you turn notifs off in the app and it sends them 2 days after the transactions were even made. just leads to more confusion. good if you’re in between banks but beyond that- don’t stick around here. AND STOP SENDING NOTIFS.

I hate paychex, it’s confusing and customer service is awful

If you happen to lose your card that will completely shut down your account and lock up your account until a new card is shipped. So don’t plan on having this account and making payments with a lost card. You will just have to wait until it’s shipped and be broke.
