I downloaded the app on order to send and receive money I wanted to ask the time that manage it if possible they might make it more user friendly towards African countries for example were I’m located Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 it says I can only send but how Can I send anything if I can’t receive anything into it to send , the only other money platform to use is eco cash and if possibly a link is made between the two it can make it easier to put money inside it and thus allowing money to be withdrawn into and allowin it to be sent

Please add Ghana as a supported country for PayPal accounts. The PayPal app is available to download in Ghana, but Ghana is not listed when creating an account. This prevents individuals, freelancers, and businesses from using PayPal. Please make full PayPal services available in Ghana. Thank you.

Bring it back!!
This app is superior to the other PayPal app we now have to use for business. This app offered so much more. Bring it back!
Limitation
Sudden limitation, can’t do anything it. Was only be able to use after one use of being sent money
Not working anymore
After bunch of “improvement” updates the app finally doesn’t work at all. It either freezes at log in stage, or goes into infinite loop of Face ID -> text message confirmation-> Face ID.

Push notifications
Push notifications stopped working over a week ago. Nobody at PayPal seems interested in a fix or offering any help. Migrate to stripe would be my advice

Notifications stop working
The app was working fine but all of the sudden I’m not receiving any push notifications from the app. Also why does the invoices that are open always show a wrong number?
Unprecedented Deactivation of Paypal account
I use paypal mainly for my art and commission services. But without a warning, paypal deactivated my account for reasons of suspicions and holding my money. It wasnt easy money so this was devastating, there was no room for appeal and my country has no paypal branches for me to confront to. There were many artists like me who suffered the same faith, paypal does not support artists.

Do not download or use
Worst payment processor in existence. Constant login issues. They hold your money for 21 days on EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION. I can never login on my phone due to the constant login issues.
Love this app
Love this app and so happy PayPal has it. I am not likely the new app they now have. Invoices are unprofessional looking and take to much time when trying to do line items for clients. I do wish PayPal would send out a new update on this though since I’m not unable to log in on the app. I hope they didn’t do away with it. That would be stupid on their end.

Ridiculous daily report
PayPal started this irritating daily summary, and there is no easy way to turn this off. Very frustrating and over reach by PayPal to do this without my consent
Permanently Deactivated Account after 1 day
I CANT WIDRAW MY CLIENTS DEPOST FOR 180 days
Spoke to multiple Customer service representatives (NO ONE CANT TELL ME WHY)
I have 2k sitting on their platform and I can’t withdraw it.
Was forced to use my own money to do the job for my client.
I appealed and had NO ANSWER
THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING SITUATION IVE EVER HAD
PLEASE THINK TWICE WHEN USING PAYPAL FOR YOUR BUSINESS
I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Logging issues
Does not login into the account. There is a loop: After the verification it just refreshing the login page and ask verification again. Nice job guys I can’t access my account from my phone

My email and password are correct since I’m able to log in on both browser and the other PayPal app here but on this PayPal business app, it keeps telling me cannot log in. Why?! This is useless. Fix this
