Why

I don’t need $5 or $10, I need $7

This app can be a real stress test and maybe works 50% of the time, so it’s best to have your laundry card with you as backup, and yes, you will probably need the card when this app drives you crazy and doesn’t work.

I can save time when it works. Keep in mind that you’ll need a good internet connection in addition to bluetooth on for the app to work properly, but not guaranteed even so.
The cell service is very spotty in our basement laundry room, so I have to keep waving my phone around to get a good signal for data.
Sometimes the app will log me out and it will take a few attempts to log back in successfully, and then find the available machines via bluetooth.

Moving on, it would be a good idea to have a laundry card as a backup when the app turns into a complete stress test.

Does not working

If you are not connected to WiFi, then don’t bother. Will charge you twice consistently and takes 20 minutes for it to actually connect and go through.

DO NOT INSTALL

Scam App that fronts as a laundromat payment service before demanding access to your personal data.

Horrible customer service

App works fine but customer service does not help you. Paze is running a $10 for $10 deal and it is just not processing. Bank says it’s Payrange’s issue not theirs or Paze’s. Payrange owes me $40 Paze credits. I’m forced to use this app for my apartment building

Laughable

Doesn’t connect to machines and support is laughable

Scam!!!

App is terrible for support. I had a washing machine eat up my money and 3 weeks has gone by. No repair. I asked for a refund on the app no reply.
Now a dryer is acting up, tried requesting a refund again, app says no email on file. I’m signed in with my apple account. My email and number are on my file….. on site in the laundry room there is a separate number different from the app to cal…?????? I live in the projects…. Maybe a different type of laundering is happening……

a scam, run away!!

This kind of application just takes your money and once it’s inside, you really can’t do anything about it.

I paid for a washing machine using the app, which turned out to not connect to the network, and then they refuse to refund. They said it’s within the landlord set limit in another email, but did not refund nevertheless.

Disgusting

Constantly stealing money from me by charging me twice or not adding my payment to the machine. Must have update recently because it suddenly got much worse.
Then they only refund you three times per month, even if the app steals from you three times every day you use it.

App vs Machine Rate

App said $4 & machine said $3.50 & charged the $4 per cycle. The app struggled to find the available Bluetooth signal to find the appropriate machine that was ready to be used. There’s a $0.25 fee for uploading less than $5 to the app which would have been nice to know before uploading money thinking I just needed to upload $10.50 for 2 washes & a dry cycle

this app needs more frequent updates for iPhone se model and Etc and the bluetooth and need to be fixed Etc asap

This app sucks

Don’t get this app I only use it because I have to it’s slow laggy buggy and so much more worse app ever oh my goodness just go back to quarters

Worst App Imaginable

I genuinely cannot believe there is a single positive review for this app, which is the bane of not only my existence but my entire building’s. It regularly cannot connect to the machines, saying “machine out of range” at random for some and not others, even though they’re all in the same location. It’ll do the same thing with the “unsupported wallet” alert, even if I just paid with the same wallet for a different machine. One time just a week or so ago the app went down in the middle of my doing laundry, so ai had to haul my wet clothes to a laundromat blocks away to finish washing. If you see that your building is using this app, take it as a sign that your landlord does not care about you and be ready to use alternatives when it simply does not work for no reason. It is shocking that any human being worked on developing this and was paid for that work rather than being taken straight to jail. Just terrible.

Never works

I live in a building where you have to use this app! I have $18 on it and it never works. It’s incredibly frustrating!!!

Cash grab, Unreliable, Glitchy

Constantly glitches and frequently fails to connect to the machines. On top of that, it forces a $10 minimum load even when you only need a dollar or two. Between the unreliability and the forced overloading, this feels less like a convenience and more like a cash grab

SCAM!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. I added money to my prepaid account to wash my clothes. I ended up adding to much money and I submitted a form for my refund and I still haven’t received my money

Terrible app

Steals your money and doesn’t load it into the machine

Highway robbery

This app is literally highway robbery. Nobody needs to prepay $25 to do a $5 wash. But the app defaults to $25 and has no confirmation screen so if you inadvertently swipe the wrong thing, well, that’s your bad luck. The app gives no option to refund the balance. No response from the customer service email. This should be a class action lawsuit.

Added $40, shows $0. Multiple times

Payrange has always been broken for me. Not once have I added money to my balance to find it there again next day.

I have to add more money, and only then does Payrange remember I gave it $40 last time.

I’m forced to use this app in my apartment and the nearest laundromat is miles away.

Gouge, gouge, gouge.

Can’t delete my account

The app (I was forced to download it to pay for laundry) is easy enough to use but they have no mechanism to delete your account (and dear god why do I need them to harvest my data when I am just trying to do laundry? This app is wholly unnecessary). The delete account button populates an email sent to customer support who then tells you your account either cannot be found or it needs to be deleted by the user (remember pressing the “delete account” button results in an email to customer service). I’m clearly logged into my account still. Maddening.
