Can’t delete my account
The app (I was forced to download it to pay for laundry) is easy enough to use but they have no mechanism to delete your account (and dear god why do I need them to harvest my data when I am just trying to do laundry? This app is wholly unnecessary). The delete account button populates an email sent to customer support who then tells you your account either cannot be found or it needs to be deleted by the user (remember pressing the “delete account” button results in an email to customer service). I’m clearly logged into my account still. Maddening.

Recharge Options
Overall this is a good app, user friendly and haven’t had any major issues. My problem that has dropped the rating so far is the predatory recharge system. Not being able to refill my account with anything below $10 without paying a fee or not being able to add cents. They know that extra change will never be spent and the day they close down the app they’ll take it. I should be able to add some amount ending in $0.80 to bring my current amount to a whole number.

I’d rather pay in cash
I hate that my apartment building makes me use this app. Why can I only upload $25 at a time? I’d rather pay in quarters.
Worst App Ever
This is hands down the worst app I’ve ever used. It simply doesn’t work. My apartment building uses this for the laundry machines. It’s slow to load. The QR code scan doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize the machine numbers when you enter them manually. You have to close and reload the app about 10 times to get it to recognize machines via Bluetooth that are within feet of it. Then it takes about a minute to connect and process. The interface and overall app design is also horrible.

Total BS App & A Waste Of Time.
Moved into an apartment building, where I have to download this app to do laundry. I have downloaded the app made an account and I get an “Error” message every-time I try to connect my card to upload funds. I have uninstalled/deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times and am still getting an error message, wether it be “Error, invalid card” or “Error, There was a problem performing this operation refresh the page and try again”. I have tried for two days to get it to work, I have spent 2 hours on the phone with my bank and a bank representative said that everything is fine on my bank account end and it must be something wrong with the app and to contact their customer service and I have sent multiple emails into their “Customer Service” email asking for help. Only to receive one response email telling me to uninstall the app and redownload it. I am to the point of just going to a laundromat so I can do mine and my children’s laundry as this app is completely useless, a waste of time and total BS!!!

Isn't it so nice that you have to download an app to use the vending machine at work because it won't take your credit card?
I'm so glad it won't let me just pay for the snack I want and instead forces me to use the
"Fund Your Account" option.
Isn't it so convenient that it charges you a fee for adding anything under $10?

Me cobra más de lo debido
No se por que ya hace unos cuantos meses la aplicación no capta las lavadoras de mi edificio de apartamentos y cuando las logra captar se dilata mucho en poder pagar para iniciar la lavadora, si no sale que no están disponible, sale que están deshabilitadas y cuando logras pagar solo dice conectando como si no se hiciese el pago y no lo aceptas le tienes que dar por segunda vez y te cobra las dos veces el saldo.

Just pay coins. This app’s buggy sometimes and will take your money without even working the machine.

This is a terrible app! The app is down and our entire complex cant do laundry. No estimated recovery time. What a complete waste! My clothes are just sitting in detergent getting stained because they can’t fix their app so I can pay the machine!!
Horrible app
Horrible app. Down for 3 hours after I dumped laundry and detergent on there. Lost money as a result. They need to get it together. Do not use these people!
Server Issues
Server issue hit right after I had washed clothes. Now I have a bunch of wet clothes that I can’t dry. No information about the outage either. Thanks PayRange.
Ridiculous. Why!?
Thing ran the wrong machine. I had to pay for a dryer cycle before even starting s wash. Had to use a different machine. $20 dollars later I did a load. Stop forcing me to use my phone you data sucking monster. Just take coins, cash, or card!
Probably a scam
I think this app is a scam. I used it to pay for laundry. After paying for the washer it makes me reload my balance to minimum 10 dollars. Mind you, the dryer only costs 4 and I already paid 4 for the washer without needing a balance reload. After the dryer I have six left in my account which I want to put back on my card but the next day my account doesn't seem to exist anymore. When I ask support about returning my remaining balance they say I have no account. This is a clever scam.

It simply never works in my apartment building. I’ve wasted more time trying to get this app to work than any other app. Ever. Such a pita
Just a pain
App struggles with connecting to the machines in my buildings basement, is always slow, and is inaccurate with time left on laundry. Simple concept that is done poorly
