Non existent support
Don’t expect to get any help if you are stuck with their service. The support ticket will be open in Zendesk, but then closed with no resolution. Zendesk will send you dozens of emails with the same information as in your chat but no response from the support for hours, and then they close the ticket.
This was last time I tried to use this service. Happily found a simpler, more reputable and cheaper alternative.

App Lag and Crash
The app feels like it can fall apart at any moment. Super slow to respond by the time you wait 15 seconds for one click to approve your already clicking all over the place, and the app keeps crushing. The transfers keep failing and the support keep saying it’s not their fault. lol

Mala experiencia con paysend
Paysend ha sido una experiencia muy mala. Cada vez que uno intenta hacer un envío es un problema. Te toman el dinero, después cancelan la orden y, si ya hiciste uno o dos envíos, pueden quedarse con tu dinero durante 3 o 4 días.
Uno muchas veces manda dinero a nuestro país por una emergencia o para ayudar a un familiar, y no puede darse el lujo de tener el dinero retenido por varios días. Para mí, el servicio no está cumpliendo con lo que uno espera de una compañía de envío de dinero.
No recomiendo Paysend. Hay otras opciones donde uno puede enviar dinero sin tantos problemas y sin tener que estar preocupándose por cuándo le van a devolver su dinero.

Verification
It’s takes forever to verify, I’ve been using it for long time all of sudden I couldn’t send money and my verification said failed even though I didn’t change anything , say didn’t fix the issue for a week ! I couldn’t send 50$ to my sister on her birthday because of it 🤦🏻♀️
Horrible experience
App does not notify me when I get a request for a funds transfer. Screen only shows transfer history, and anything I try to send to my friend overseas gets returned to me. No customer service available when I call, and when my spouse tried to sign up, it says “verification in process” WAY past the “up to 24 hours”. As of yet, still not verified. Avoid this service at all costs.

They’ll bury you in paperwork over $10
Sent $10 through Paysend to a family member abroad. The transfer was rejected by the recipient’s bank and reversed on her end. That part is normal.
What’s not normal is Paysend’s response. Instead of tracing the RRN (which they already have, and which shows exactly where the money is) support keeps asking me to get “official proof of reversal” from the recipient’s bank, hours on hold with a bank that isn’t even mine, over $10.
If this is how they handle a small refund, imagine a bigger one. Lost a customer over $10.

Inability to solve issues of transfer
I used the app to do a single transfer in June which took forever. In July and August, I was unable to send a single transfer, even though, I’m verified. Customer support couldn’t fix anything it has been weeks just terrible!

It’s been a month now since the transactions I made were cancelled; the money was deducted from my card but didn’t reach the recipient. I’ve written to the support chat about this problem many times and asked to get the money back or for the transaction to be completed. After a month, you still haven’t resolved this issue — you just keep closing my request. The transfer amount is very large.
