The app NEVER works. When you try to login, it immediately crashes. I’ve never been able to use it, just use the website.
Pointless
This app is terrible. I have verified my email as required but when I attempt to login it tells me I need to verify my email. If I delete the app and try using the website it tells me that my verification has expired even though I literally just went through the verification. It’s just an endless circle of telling me I need to verify or that I’m expired.

Does not work
Only used the app for almost a month and half of the time won’t let me log in or if it does says I have no money or acts like I’m getting logged in when I’m not. I have tried to rest my password and never sends me a email to reset it or anything. CSL needs to do better on this damn app!!!!!!

Lowest rated app for a reason
This really should be a zero star app. The email verification doesn’t work so there is no way to use the app. I don’t know why this app is even on the App Store since it has no functionality.

So apparently a working app is too much to ask for. The app has been down at this point almost 5 months with no response as far as fixing it from the developer. What is the point of having an app to see balances and can’t even log in??? Do developers even see everyone’s complaints about how absolutely garbage the app is?? It’s almost as if the app was created to rage bait folks.

Needs to be fixed
Crashes the second you log in, and continues this process for like 5 different attempts before it FINALLY lets you in.

Created a log in. Then whenever I try to log in since then it crashes. It's been that way for a year. The worst banking app I've ever used by far

This is ridiculous! I just got my card and registered it, I can’t even verify my email to get this to work. I went to the help part on the app and it won’t help me BECAUSE I CANT VERIFY MY EMAIL. THIS IS USELESS!!!
Worst App Ever!
When registering, if the app is downloaded to your phone it’ll stop the entire process in its tracks and cause enough errors customer service will have to wipe whatever info you used to register so you’ll have to restart.
Once you’re registered you get 1 login, every login after that will auto crash the app once you attempt to log in.

Horribly made
App is pretty terrible, atm map is slow and every time I log in the biometric face camera method never works and trying to use your keychain password autofill crashes the app for some reason, wish CSL plasma used a different app.

What’s the point of this card?
This card barely works. I tried to use it at grocery stores. I tried to do online shopping. It doesn’t work. The money is in there but I still can’t use it. The only thing I can do is transfer the funds but even then I can’t even transfer the full amount. You have to transfer $50 as $10 for 5 times. You have to pay for each transfer which is one $1.00. There’s no point in having a Paysign card. I recommend all that use this card to report them to the Consumer Financial Bureau.

Constantly crashing
For the last month, I’ve been trying to sign in as soon as I put my email and password in the app just crashes. I’ve literally sit and tried for like five minutes straight and as soon as you put the login information, it just crashes immediately.
