Worst sign on ever
Once you get into the app, it’s not that bad. I would probably rated a four at that point. The big problem is logging onto the app. I will enter my username and password and click sign on and the app shuts off and goes away. Sometimes it’s only happens once but I’ve had it happen up to five times. It gets very frustrating when you want to login to see your balance and your transactions. I have never experienced this problem with any other app. I can understand why it only gets a 1.4 star rating. I don’t know why Octoplasma keeps using them.

When I try to sign in to check my balance the app will close Face ID doesn’t work at all and I have to go through this process about 5 times before I can actually login.

I had to try a few times to register/confirm my email to get the program to work (via browser and app). Perhaps I had to wait past midnight after initially getting my card and registering because after midnight I was able to log on. I noticed that I had to use the website through a browser before downloading the iPhone app, (which I deleted after a few attempts). I don’t know if it makes a difference, but using the first email initially sent by Paysign after registering worked. Now I can use the website and the app without any problems. I upgraded my review from one star to four. I would’ve given five star had everything worked from the beginning. The tricky part for me was confirming the email.

It’s fine but also a scam
This bank is used by multiple companies that offer prepaid debit cards for people. The app works fine, although while you can see your transactions pretty immediately, if there is a fee charged by the bank, it takes a while to show up, so you make think you have a certain dollar amount that is actually inaccurate because they have taken money from you without noting it on the transaction list. The bank also will decline purchases regardless of how much you have, and when they decline the purchase, even though your balance was fine, they will take a dollar from you as a fee. And if you reattempt, you lose another dollar, then another, then when you try to figure out why you’re getting declined, you see your balance is less than you thought but those dollar deductions are no where to be found. They will populate days later.

Horrible app
Just downloaded the app, did the setup, wants to verify my email, did that but it keeps saying email not verified. Makes sense why so many negative reviews.
Issues
This app has not been working for two days at all. I first started having issues last week.
Broken half the time
Literally 50% of the time you go to check your balance the app just will get stuck on a loading screen indefinitely and you have to call the 800-number. The only thing this app can do is check your balance so I would just stick with calling the number instead of this app.
Unstable & Unreliable
This app constantly crashes when trying to login. And as of 8.2.26 the app won’t open. The wheel just spins endlessly.

Bad app don’t work and it won’t let login always having issues as always and I call customer service and they don’t answer

I am never able to open the app . The app just says that it is logging me in but nothing happens.
App is simple, buggy, and slow.
“Remember me” does not work, and you have to manually type password which sucks when you use a like 20 character long randomized secure password. Loading in is very inconsistent and random. And theres almost no features inside the actual app besides just checking the statements.
