Good idea
However each time I tried to send money to my home, i struggle. At the end of the process the system gives me an error message saying the payment failed. After repeating multiple times one transaction enventually goes through.

Micromanaging you.
To whom it may concern, if your thinking of downloading this app be aware that they will control your spending. And limit how much you can send to your own family back home. To measly 20 times a month. I tried calling them to increase the limit but they keep repeating “there is nothing I can do this is company policy”so if your from a big family like myself you’d have to look for alternative apps because this one ain’t it.

This app is great. But, I have 2 issues that I’m struggling. Limited amount to send and card saved in the payment option. Card saved option can’t edit. I hope you can get fixed soon. Thanks.

Using this application in Africa
This application is really easy and it helped me much. It’s first and reliable. But it also be helpful using it in Africa. I travel a lot to Nairobi Kenya and I have family and relatives in Somalia. Every time am in Nairobi it doesn’t work.

Very Bad customer service
It takes Long time to answer the phone and they are so rude
They charge you more than the exchange rate that’s how they make they money
They charge more on the exchange rate that’s how they make money for £270= $362 on the normal rate, but Paysii will give you $349 in plus extra £5 service basically they are charging more on the exchange rate

Fixing problems
This app is not comfortable and it’s hard to new users
When you want to back there is no bottom to back.
Also when save a cards and receipts you can’t delete it no option to delete or edit information.
I recommend the paysii developers have to change some bottoms and add new bottoms like deleting card and receipts profile edits

Nearly perfect
PaySii copes with a wide range of agents and remittance types. It would be perfect if you could use Apple Pay or at least top up the account instead of making a fresh payment every time, hence the four stars. Otherwise it’s good.

This is the only app I use to send money back home. It’s very easy to use and the best.
