Please fix the bugs. The app freezes sometimes. I wish this app can be like the Tawakal Express, which has zero bugs and easy to use.

Unaffordable rates and ridiculously high fees
I would not recommended Paysii to anyone looking to send money to Somalia or any other countries. It’s the worest transfer app I have ever used. The hit you from both sides, they charge the highest sending fees and giving you the wrost exchange rates available on the market. I have been using 4 years sending to from Canada to Somalia and I would say if you want use Pasii think again.

Terrible service. My money has been pending for hours, and customer service is unreachable. This keeps happening. Very frustrating and unreliable. I do not recommend Paysii.
Does not retain card
The app doesn’t retain the cards that are adept, I hVe to add my card every time I am sending money.

4 weeks and still no refund

PaySii is one of the worst money-transfer apps I have ever used. I had a very serious and unacceptable experience with their service.
I sent money through the PaySii app and entered the correct recipient information. However, their system sent my money to the wrong person. I have screenshots showing exactly what information I entered, and I provided those screenshots to PaySii as evidence that the mistake was not mine.
Despite this proof, PaySii told me that the money had already left their system and that there was nothing they could do about it. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be a problem with their system, they initially tried to blame me for entering incorrect information—even though my screenshots clearly show that I entered the correct information.
This is extremely concerning for a company that handles people’s money. If a customer enters the correct recipient information but the company’s system sends the funds to someone else, the customer should not be held responsible for that error.
PaySii should investigate what happened, determine why their system sent my money to the wrong recipient, and make every reasonable effort to recover or reimburse the funds. Simply saying, “The money already left our system, so there is nothing we can do,” is not an acceptable response when the transaction was processed incorrectly.
Customers need to know that when they send money, it will actually reach the person whose information they entered. If PaySii cannot guarantee that—or cannot properly investigate and correct a transaction when its own system makes an error—that raises serious concerns about the reliability of the service.
I have kept screenshots and documentation of the transaction and my communications with PaySii. I am asking PaySii to take responsibility, properly investigate this transaction, and return the money that was sent to the wrong person through no fault of mine.

Good idea
However each time I tried to send money to my home, i struggle. At the end of the process the system gives me an error message saying the payment failed. After repeating multiple times one transaction enventually goes through.

App needs work
I work remotely and travel a lot to different countries. This app will not work on certain countries. I still pay from my UK account but strangely it will not work. Please work on it
