App crash
App crashes when tracking data. App loops when trying to add a pay method. I had to use the desktop website. Links to developer site is broken. No ability to report an app issue within the App Store that actually functions.

Crashes when click “Track Order”…basically one of the two main functions of the app
Absolutely awful
The only consistencies with these folks is rising prices, declining quality, and deliveries getting later and later.
They’ll pair up two “restaurants” operating out of the same “rent-a-kitchen” on the same day, so the dishes from each place are identical.
The options for restaurants has steadily dwindled, and they get replaced with fake “rent-a-kitchen” restaurants with no physical locations.
In the Boston area there’s maybe 3 decent “real” restaurants left, and even then, the dishes are smaller than what you’d find in the restaurant, yet more expensive, AND THEN they add a delivery fee on top of it.
My favorite so far is one piece of naan for eight bucks, plus the two buck delivery fee.

Bad UI, bad service
The app looks like it’s in beta version, the only option to contact Peach for issues is through an email, which is frustrating and they respond slowly. The app constantly glitches and in order to switch between menus on each day of the week I have to force quit the app and reopen it. If I don’t force quit the app the photos for the food doesn’t change, or the menu doesn’t update for the new day selected. As for the delivery service Peach provides, food often arrives late and/or cold, and peach does not offer any sort of coupon or discount for it’s failure to deliver on time. Often items are forgotten, and you never receive your food for that day. It’s a hassle to try and get a refund when food isn’t delivered, which is ridiculous.

Worst delivery service ever
If you want to waste your time use these guys. The only consistent part of this company is it’s inability to deliver your order. I have had multiple non deliveries, messed up orders, cold food, cancellation and zero apologies. This company does not care about its customers or even doing what its company model states is its whole purpose. It needs to start listening and change. If not it should clise its doors.

Boring daily choices. App doesn’t work all the time
I hate this app for many reasons:
1/ food choices are not good especially if you are vegetarian. Very few choices. Last week one of the choices was a gas station place! Lower quality than 7 eleven!!

Stay away
App finally better after sloppy UI start (overlapping text and graphics). But t he e big issue this the food service itself— the number of times they screw up order or deliver half orders is just completely unacceptable. Especially relevant if you order for more than one person—chances are one person will go hungry.

Signup screen is missing all labels so you don’t know what to enter in the fields

The app is great! Easy to use and a great improvement from logging into the mobile site. It’s great being able to see an easy view of upcoming options for the week. And I
like being able to view history of orders quickly.
The Peach service is excellent. If works differently than other food delivery services/apps. They put together select lunch options from various restaurants for each day to be delivered. It’s quick, easy, reliable, and it takes the fuss out of having to pick a restaurant, figure out the menu, and cross you fingers asked hope it is tasty.
They have also added things like fresh flowers, meats, and other items to the daily selections.

This app is awful
When you sign up you soon realize there’s no menu for today. Then when you look at tomorrow’s menu it is one restaurant and four items. Not really sure why anyone would want to use this service. Better options available.
