Every time we have a storm we have no power! Something is not right fix it now! We pay way to much for this stupid service

Terrible service. Called in November about constant power outages. Told someone would contact me. Never heard a word. Here we are 10 mos later and outages constantly! 5 outages today alone! This is not ok and your prices are wrong and not ok! You tell me my meter is running when the breaker is shut off. How is that? Thieves

I can no longer compare my usage last year to this year. My utility bill continues to rise and I want to know the reason so I want to compare my yearly usage. That feature has been removed

For how much the rates have sky rocketed I shouldn’t have any power issues. I constantly loose power without any weather issues, never mind if we do have bad weather then it is automatically expected to be off.

I love Peco they always find a way to lower my bill and my past bills were forgiven when I joined cap and I pay one fair amount per month and I know many people complain when they use liheap and cap but they usually fail to follow directions which is pay the one rate every month for a year and your back balance of thousands gets forgiven but you can't be late at all or you'll lose the benefit but they still try find a way cast blame and abuse the system so I wanted to leave a nice comment so maybe they'll learn from my experience which is pay it and on time . Thanks Peco,liheap,Cap I wouldn't have fresh cold air today without it !
