I love Peco they always find a way to lower my bill and my past bills were forgiven when I joined cap and I pay one fair amount per month and I know many people complain when they use liheap and cap but they usually fail to follow directions which is pay the one rate every month for a year and your back balance of thousands gets forgiven but you can't be late at all or you'll lose the benefit but they still try find a way cast blame and abuse the system so I wanted to leave a nice comment so maybe they'll learn from my experience which is pay it and on time . Thanks Peco,liheap,Cap I wouldn't have fresh cold air today without it !

I am disgraced cause I just got a letter and found out that you canceled my Program I was in the hospital in January for 15 days fighting for my life with sepsis been in and out of hospital since and this is a medical issue and I did call and it got dropped. I have no income coming in. I am on medical Assistance and it would’ve been nice if someone this has proof of income since I have had no income since January.

Website says a bill was issued on 7/1/26 yet I have not received it yet and I went online to print it and a blank screen comes up ??
Threats
I moved and didn’t see that my ID Number had changed. Thus, I paid a bill for my old residence with my old ID Number. Hence, they said that I owed money with my new ID Number even though I paid it with my old number. I called and spoke to someone who informed me that it takes several months before they acknowledge the payment. Hence, I am getting bills for it and they have threatened me to stop my power. I called and discussed it but it still hasn’t reflected a change to my bill.

Payment issue
App hasn’t been letting me pay online. It says the payment went through, but the payment is never processed and paid. This is confusing, inconvenient, and it keeps making my payments late.
Can’t see auto pay enrollment status
After I set the autopay, the app doesn’t show me if it is set or not. Confusing.
Your app needs major upgrades
It’s just bad. The usage analysis is incomplete. The Auto pay didn’t work the first time hope it works the second. There is a lot more. It’s just terrible.
Missing Data
I have solar panels and Peco stopped reporting the daily energy usage and consumption back in mid-May. I called the company several times and they can’t seem to want to help. Terrible app experience and even worse customer support

Fraud
I just was looking over my bill after logging in to check power outage status. Not only are my bills improperly calculated and charges mislabeled and unlabeled, but bills issued have been revised after being issued. If an issued bill has been revised it should submitted as such as another bill issued. Modifying a bill that has already been issued wasn’t possible when online billing didn’t exist. Having the power to edit/revise bills at will provides the opportunity to attempt to cover up mistakes, billing errors, fraudulent charges, and alleviates taking accountability for all of the above. With today’s technology, it is obvious that the online systems are being used for more than just convenience. Companies like PECO are sticking it to millions of customers knowing that they can plead ignorance and point the finger at technology when customers pay attention, but ultimately that they will get away with it by the majority of their customer base.

I started PECO and my first bill was $102 next month $500. Got on a payment plan that I feel they over charged for and paid $379 for like 4 months next thing I know I now have a $641 and that’s only one missed payment before you ask! So how can 379 and 156 add 641?????
