Excellent App for returning to fitness post birth
Just bought this app as had an episiotomy with vaginal birth which wrecked my pelvic floor. It’s full of useful information and accessible workouts and have recommended to all my new mum friends. Really great quality videos and clear explanations, feel confident that this will help me make a full recovery from birth
