Unable to log in using web credentials - cannot take my exam without app on IPad
Cannot take my exam as need book via people cert on iPad in aeroplane mode.

I’ve tried using my correct log in details for the website, it won’t accept them.
I tried resetting my password, nothing happens.
Probably the most pointless, useless app I’ve ever downloaded.
Now deleted.

Can’t authenticate
The app isn’t allowing me to authenticate although the same credentials log me in to my account using a web browser. I contacted people cert and have been stuck using there chat function for 2 hours. After a mountain of back and to they have ended the chat basically saying unless it’s an issue with exam shield they aren’t going to help.

Can’t log in
I can’t log in with my credentials (which are saved on my phone so it’s not like I’m incorrectly typing them). Not sure how it would work in the exam environment so unfortunately I’ll have to bring my paper manual.
