Monitors movement of all kinds and anything you need to meet your healthcare goals including, diet with recipes tailored to the way you wish to eat, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep, rest and recovery, financial, exercise videos for any level, yearly eye exam, dental, well visit and much more and I get to earn points for it all just to take care of myself?! App perf revision still needs
The client app responds slow and sometimes asynchronous result. Your execution does not apply to the score immediately. The support agent said I could use Desktop version. This is the known issue.

The tracker app matches the tracker, but this useless app refuses to update.
Can’t use!!!
To create an account you have to tell them whatever organization you work. I don’t have a job so how am I supposed to make an account!!!😡
Frustrating for Voiceover users
The latest updates have made completing daily tracking more difficult for Voiceover users by the way that they are laid out and by the apps persistent jumping back to the top of the list forcing me to have to repeatedly scroll through to find what needs attention. Also, I can find no way to print out the Biometric Screening form to take to my doctor for completion.

Frustrated
After an update supposedly to “fix bugs” the app stops syncing with my Fitbit. This continues to be an issue after multiple updates. The app never accurately pull in my sleep score or active minutes 😡

Want to work out? Not here. Make you watch terrible videos for points to get a few bucks of your own health insurance money back via gift cards. Have to daily check in for points. 5 mile run 10 pts. Reading a daily note-get plenty of rest-20 pts. Wow sage advice. 15000 points for 15 bucks in a gift card. Terrible app, terrible optimization, terrible rewards. Gutter trash.

Horrible Customer Service
Customer service is terrible and the supervisor was argumentative when I had an issue.
Bait and Switch - Avoid at all costs!
Their business model is dependent on selling you their technology, then retiring its ability to work so that you have to buy from them again. Classic bait and switch. If you are a company in search of improving the health of your staff, Personify Health is not the way to go about that. Find someone else. Reply to their response: Here’s what they told me when I contacted them before coming here. “It is understandable how frustrating this process can be. However, there is no trade in policy that can be done and no negotiations. However, you can enter steps manually that your Max Buzz tracks or navigate to our platform store and purchase the Max GO.” I repeat - they sell you a product and then turn into nothing but a pedometer that doesn’t connect so that you have to buy something else that they will eventually disconnect later. No thanks. My previous comment stands.
