App is still broken. Why are you requiring age?
Doesnt Work
After a year of using this. All of a sudden, the app says it has an age limit of 16yrs. Am over 40yrs😂😂😂😂
Age requirements not met
This terrible app now doesn’t work. It’s only giving me a “age requirement not met” error even though I’m old. Not a trustworthy app. Data mining hard working people
Poor Instructions for Login
App asked me to provide my age, never stating that this was required to login. I have had an account for over a year, never having to do this. Now, I am locked out of the app. I deleted it and redownloaded it and still have the same issue.

Stopped working
I have had this sing the beginning of the year and now it works work says in I have to be over 16 to use it, I’m well over 30 years old and I can’t get into it and I lost everything I’ve done on it

Impossible de me connecter à l’application depuis un certain temps, l’application ferme après avoir affiché un message que l’on doit avoir 16 ans. Bien que j’ai plus de 50, je suis incapable d’accéder au champs ou j’ai probablement fait une faute d’entré.
Absolute junk
I did not want to give my age and without warning I cannot login again. Why isn’t there a warning that i can never log in again if i don’ agree to share my age? With who am I sharing my age range? What is on the app that can offend kids?

App trouble is addressed promptly by courteous staff who offer instruction and listen to feedback 👍

App is broken
This app is broken. It thinks I am underage and the dumb chat bot wants me to delete and reinstall and that doesn’t work.
Great until it asked for age
After the last update, it seems like it wants consent on finding out how old you are. I didn't get my consent when it asked for it. Now I'm unable to get onto the app - it auto closes the app every time I try to open it. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling so I could get my consent, but it's still isn't working. I'm locked out out of the app.

App Stopped
All of a sudden, the app asked for a screen time pass code and say I didn’t meet the age requirement. This was never an issue prior to the new release
Broken App
The app won’t let me log on anymore. It keeps telling me my passcode (my unlock passcode) is incorrect. This has been happening for a week now and it’s very frustrating because I know it’s correct. I tried using the other pin’s I have, thinking it may have made me add one separate from my phone’s unlock one, but nothing is working.

Blocked
The app blocked me saying I wasn’t older than 16 when my data clearly stated my birthday.
Age share or else
The app forced me to share my age upon opening, no explanation or reason or further details. When I said no it locked me out of the app and there’s no way around it. Whoever designed this flow should seriously reconsider
Age requirement?
Mistakenly hit that I don’t want to share my age and now the app doenst let me in! Even though it’s connected to my health insurance. Who designed this?
August update is unusable
Latest update asks to share age info, so I pressed ‘no’ and now I can’t use the app because it says I’m not over 16. I have my passport stored in Apple wallet so the app could get my age that way, but instead lazy developers messed it up.
Age Restriction becomes Issue
I declined some prompt. Next thing I know I can no longer use the app due to an age restriction. No re-installing or playing with settings or restarting my iPhone helps. The app can no longer be used on my phone. Idiotic.
Can’t even open the app
I had used the app a few times but then it asked me to share my age - no thank you. Now it says I can’t use the app and it auto closes. I uninstalled and redownloaded to no avail. Cannot use.
