Tech Review
I’m a tech who uses this app. It’s very handy to organize my stops, but it would be nice if it could actually plan a route for the days driving, as well as order the appointments by time restrictions so I’m not constantly having to look through multiple accounts/stops to see which one I need to get to next. Otherwise a great app, thanks for the good work!

Guys, gals- hey sorry this thing needs work (i know you know) sorry i said it so harsh the two times before but the flaws it has annoyed me to an extreme point.
So,apologies done,my civility having returned, i'll wrap the hammer in a pillow and point out how of course it has great potential, it does have some excellent features, it's not entirely a bad ride, and i realize in all fairness all software is a continuously developmental work in progress.

Worst app
The worst app I’ve ever had to use. And the fact that I have to use it for work, makes it worse, makes my day twice as hard as it needs to be.
Broken
Always signs me out then won’t allow you to sign back in saying no internet when I clearly do either using Wi-Fi or mobile phone it’s frustrating.
Keeps deleting my progress
Cannot upload photos or will upload then disappear….pls fix this!!!
Very Disappointing!!
We rely on this app to work so we can store all of the information that we need to store. This app has a lot of bugs and errors and now we can’t even print the service notification. It kicks you out every single time. Very disappointed!
Auto-centering
I have to use this app for work and it’s easily my least favorite part of the job. When typing in notes it likes to randomly auto-center my curser, but it ends up behind my keyboard so I can’t see what I’m typing. I’m not that well versed in many coding languages, but this is for sure a simple fix. Seems like a small thing typing this out but when it happens 5+ times per customer and I have an average of 15 customers a day, I’m manually adjusting my screen 75+ times a day. If I scroll down to where an entire box is in full view and I’m typing notes, the app shouldn’t be undoing what I’ve manually done.

Tech routes was better
As a tech for the company I work for we use pest routes tech and it is so buggy and frustrating with all its drop down menus. It crashes all the time and sometimes won’t sync even when I have full 5G bars. The old tech routes, a super simple app to use with none of the unnecessary drop down menus, never crashed and didn’t take up a bunch of space on my devise. Because this app is a bigger app it takes up more room on our devices. Tech routes did not. So we had to spend thousands of dollars upgrading our devices just so we could run their inferior app. And now, your coming out with another app that I’m sure will be even bigger merging the sales routes and pest routes together and charge us up the nose for that too. Get it together guys. Tech routes wasn’t broken, ya didn’t need to fix it. Now field routes/pest routes is total dog crap and you won’t fix it but make a new app and charge more for it. Figure it out!

Old version was better
Old version of the app was way better this one’s to time consuming and keeps crashing causing my day to be extended out waiting and waiting on app PLEASE FIX IT
If you hate your life
When I started with them they had NO CLUE regarding termites. Now locked into a contract I helped their developers make adjustments and creat strategies. I was rewarded by being over charged for the last 18 months without regard. They have been sold two or three times since and seem to continue to care less about me as a customer. While pestpac was expensive and a little outdated at least they didn't steal from me.

TechRoutes Is Better
I really wish they would listen to our feedback better. I used to use TechRoutes then they came out with this and you can no longer download TechRoutes from the App Store.
Field routes has a good looking interface but everything is much slower and glitchy. Pictures will not even upload in certain areas and my company punishes me for not having them taken. Checking routes on other team members takes extremely long to load.

Do not use this app
Constant glitches, freezing and slow interface make the simplest tasks a massive hurdle. I wouldn’t recommend this app to my worst enemy.

TechRoutes was way better
So the predecessor to this app was techRoutes and, as a former intermediate windows developer, I can tell you that it is a downgrade as far as GUI is concerned. They also removed a couple of robust features that I found useful like HTML in appointment notes. This allowed me to bold and color imperative notes for techs and even allowed me to hyperlink customer's phone numbers so that the techs didn't have to manually type them into their phone's keypad. The app does not support organizing phone numbers for apartment buildings so the tenant phone numbers get all bunched up together on your screen so you could only imagine what that looks like in high rise buildings after 2-3 years of servicing. I'm convinced the guy they had coding techroutes left and they were forced to get someone else to develop this one because techroutes was lighter, more user friendly and more functional in some aspects. They should've just listened to their customer base and kept updating techroutes. It doesn't appear that PestRoutes puts much weight on their customer feedback because just based off these reviews and their Facebook forum it looks like people were a lot happier with techroutes. What's worse is that they took techroutes off the app store so now we're all forced to accept the red-headed step child of their system.

Bring back TechRoutes!!! Format
This new app has made my job significantly more complicated than it needs to be, TechRoutes was very streamlined and efficient to use. After 10 years of working with my employer I am seriously thinking about quitting if they continue to require me to use this PestRoutes app.
Trash App
This app has more glitches than a short circuit! Flipping thing says I have no internet connection and I’m pulling 50mpbs on a speed test. Can’t even log in to the app, the thing just blows and highly recommended choosing a company that has solid products
Seriously bad
This program is designed for pest control technicians and staff. I cannot speak for the staff side, but as a tech, this is garbage. The program does not have a favorites section. We apply the same product to houses in a regular basis every day, and this company never thought, “Hmmm…maybe I could make a way to speed up the paperwork process and add a favorites section for the products I use LIKE EVERY OTHER FREAKING PEST CONTROL PROGRAM!” Heck: favorites are something that nearly every program uses. No one thought about that?
Then there’s the issue of entering the data: things are spread all over the app instead of consolidating things based off what a tech might need or use. It is not user friendly. Bad product!

Termite bait stations inspection and installation functions on app is horrible
This is the worst app I’ve ever had to use having to do my job the functionality of termite bait stations inspection and installationIs nowhere close to the original and is worst than it’s ever been. If this app is attempting to make technicians in this field hate their job tell them congratulationsThey need to make these functions as fast as possible or allow their selves to get replaced by a better app

Not good
They got rid of the old app for this program and made us use this one. It is horrible. Crashes, wont load stuff. We will be looking for another software.
Major work need
I don’t understand why the response of selecting options on this app takes 2-3 taps. It’s response is slow and requires a complete stop after scrolling to select an option. This app is far from helpful. A burden to use. Please update your diagramming tool. It is not helpful. Uploading photos is not fast. Hopefully you developers quit updating the reports section and spend some time on the app.
