SCAM!
We bought two brand new feeders off of Amazon. The app wants access to all your privacy and will not connect to StarLink. Grok says they only can use 2.4ghz. We have wasted 4 hours and tried iPhone and Droid. The app will not allow use on an old phone with no subscription (suspicious). Apple has not verified this app. GET YOUR MONEY BACK ASAP.

Causes missed feedings
Feeding settings change/reset on their own and cause missed feedings. This has happened several times and we started monitoring our cat when we noticed unexpected weight loss.
Can’t log in
Haven’t been able to log in for weeks. After typing my username and password, the ‘login’ button remains unresponsive.
Needs work
While the app is convenient for setting auto-feed, the errors for blocked feeding are ridiculous. It should simply apply canceling the feeding that was blocked. Instead, it keeps trying to dispense and never stops unless you manually move the food.

I got logged and the login button isn’t working
I need assistance in logging back in. It’s not letting me after I type my account name and password. How am I supposed to the product if I can’t log in. The login button is not registering when I click on it.
Zero is the right name for this app
Zero support. Feeder connection failed, so now the cat doesn’t eat. No peace of mind when I have to check it every day. Contacted company and got zero support about the battery not powering the unit. Still waiting for help or just a reply.

I’ve had this feeder for about 2 years. Still works, keeps food fresh and no complaints
False Sense of Security
The device says it will give you push notifications when the feeder is running low and then when it runs out of food. No matter how many times you update the app, this is apparently NEVER fixed. Our feeder is in the basement. Turns out my cat has been without food for a week! I thought our old cat wasn’t responding well to the new baby and was mad at me for leaving for a few days, turns out she has been starving! I’m sure there are better products on the market.

explain to me why the app needs to periodically log out a user & how that isn't a massive design flaw.
No notifications
Do not get notifications even though everything is correctly turned on. Also not sure if works while I am abroad?!
Doesn’t work anymore
Had this for months / almost a year now. This app suddenly kicked me off and is no longer letting me log into the app. I would have to make a new account through Apple or Gmail. I don’t even know how long my cat hasn’t been fed since this app stopped working. I am going to have to just throw the whole thing out. It’s not even connecting to wifi either.

Vacation setting
I’ve been using the app with the automated pet feeder and really appreciate the functionality, especially the ability to schedule specific feeding times and amounts for each day. However, I wanted to suggest a potential improvement: a Vacation Mode feature.
It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature where I can pre-schedule a temporary pause in feeding while I’m away. This way, I wouldn’t need to remember to turn off the schedule on the day my dog is already fed. It would allow for easier planning in advance when going on vacation or trips, eliminating one last thing to worry about.

Great App, but needs delay option
Hi, I love this product. I have four cats and one feeder for each cat. Two of my cats are pretty food crazy and even after attempting the train them for weeks, they still don’t go to the correct bowl, as I have some on specific diets for weight loss. What I typically have to do is feed them individually as fast as possible from the app so that they go to the correct bowls (the food crazy ones). Please add a delay option for feeding, up to 59 seconds. That would allow me to put a five second delay on the second feeder, a 10 second delay on the third feeder, and a 15 second delay on the fourth feeder. Would definitely be 5 stars then.

Zero support, solid device
Let me start by saying the feeder itself has been exceptionally reliable. I have owned it for a little over two years and I’ve never had an issue with the feeder. The problem is, which is all too common with Chinese products and Chinese apps, the developer never replies to software issues. the biggest problem is you will be signed out every 30 days from the app which means you will get zero notifications from the device, including low food notifications. Let me say that again, if you do not open this app at least once every 30 days, which there’s very little reason to do because the feeder is exceptionally reliable, you will be logged out and you will not receive notifications. I have submitted this repeatedly but the developer never replies. Every single feedback says “to be processed”. It’s a shame that the developer isn’t interested in feedback or issues like this, all they are interested in is shoving advertisements down your throat. I strongly advise you to find a product that does not use this vendor’s app. How this app has a 4.8 rating in the App Store is beyond me, unless the reviews are… well let’s just say there are plenty of other apps with high ratings that don’t deserve them. This falls into that category.

We have programmed feedings at 11am and 3 pm Monday though Thursday but it will only let is do one on Friday and it says it only supports 10 feedings.
But it stopped at 9.
Wet can’t even get a weekend feeding.
