Won’t hold a connection

I really enjoyed this at first but for months now it won’t stay connected. I have about 5 seconds of connection before it disconnects and I have to try again.

So apparently only one phone can connect?

Sure would be nice if both people in a household could control these. Been trying to pair a second phone for about an hour and it seems to not be possible. Literally the only smart device that seems to have this issue.

Don’t even bother

This product genuinely does more harm than good. Yes it’s convenient but the technical difficulties are through the roof. Right now I’m trying to re-pair to my device but it says that it’s already connected to another one, which isn’t true. Genuinely the bane of my existence.
