Some bug issues on iOS device
I recently got a problem which is when I'm trying to open PhonePe it didn't get open got loading for a while. I thought may be there is a bug and searched for new version updates in AppStore but the app has no new updates.
Then I thought that may be restarting my phone will fix the issue and I did the same but it didn't. Then I deleted the app and reinstalled it and opened it from AppStore it opened and everything is fine and I got relieved and then again I tried to open it right after closing the app and the problem repeated then I uninstalled the app few times and the same continued so I decided to
contact the customer service but the customer service doesn't have an option for problem related to the app and there are only options to problems related to transactions and bank linking and there is no mail support for complaint in their official website. I hope so the support team resolved this issue as fast as possible with a better way to contact with customers. When I send money to someone, the transaction appears in my history, but they aren't getting updated in my contact list; similarly, when someone sends money to me, it updates in the history but not in the contacts.
