I always order from the website because the app does not work. It always says there was an issue adding item to cart no matter the item, making the ordering process unusable. iOS, app, everything up to date.

Had the most delicious dinner last night! I had the crispy chicken marinara pasta and my daughter and hubby had the carbonara with grilled chicken. Food was delicious and the staff at Schertz station was fantastic! We will be regular customers!

Can’t create account
Tried to make an account, said it cannot create cause it already exists, I do the forgot password option. Get a email saying that this email does not have an account. Trash app.

The mall of America Piada is at its worst! They have the worst customer service ever and the food is always terrible. Last time the noodles were crunchy, hardly Al dente! And the rest was poor!

Consistently Yum
Piada is one of my favorite fast casual places. I love how customizable everything is, which makes it easy to get exactly what I want every time. The food is consistently good, whether I go to one location or another, and the prices feel fair for the quality. Orders are always made quickly, and the staff is friendly and polite. I have been to a few different Piada locations and the experience is always the same. Good food, fast service, and a nice atmosphere. It is one of those places you can count on.

I down loaded app and after 5 attempts, I’m still getting an error message telling me to try again later… smh
Can’t add to cart
App doesn’t work any longer and we have the recent version. ERROR: “could not add item” to cart. Also $16.48 for a wrap before tax, pickup, is insane pricing for this food.
