This app has honestly been clutch for office lunches 😂
The text reminders are a lifesaver bc I’d 100% forget to order half the time. Being able to open the text and reorder in like 1 click is sooo convenient.
And not having to pay delivery fees OR tip every single order is honestly the best part. Feels way more worth it compared to the other food apps.

Avoid at all cost
If you enjoy your food arriving late, always cold, order cancellations at the end of the delivery window, poor customer service, then this service is for you. Nevermind the mountains of plastic trash and unhealthy menu options.

Great service, I order at least 3 times a week.
Poor quality and only getting worse
There were only a few real restaurants to begin with and they're slowly being removed. There are only ghost kitchens left with terrible food quality. Steer clear.
No Allergy Support
I cannot count the number of times I’ve either not had food arrive or had orders show up incorrect.
More importantly, the app has 0 accommodation for allergies or dietary restrictions. I keep ordering things that should be fine, and they arrive contaminated and I can’t eat them. If there was anywhere I could not allergies on an order perhaps this would not happen.

Super convenient
Use this everyday for lunch. At first it was a cute novelty. But I’ve realized it is cheaper and easier than buying lunch around the office.
No fees
Love the service - cheaper than other apps - pretty on time so far as well.
Please avoid if looking for caters
These guys are absolute scammers. Since our company switched to them for catering a few months ago (we get subsidized for lunch), they have increased the prices of most of the items commonly purchased by us. For example, $17 items are now $20, $13 items are now $14 etc. There’s no way it’s the restaurants increasing their prices since this happens across the board over various restaurants, and it specifically targets commonly ordered items. We’ve only been with them for a few months but this has happened numerous times.
