Revolution in QCom for Meds
There is no other app that even comes close to deliver medicines that we need, when we need. And without the guilt of destroying local businesses. Now they have even Saver mode so if you dont need anything urgent, great you can also save money. Generics?! Yes its part of selection too.

Urgent medicines late delivery why ?
You have a good service but the medicines which are required in 1-2 hrs you are delivering it in 2 days for e.g Azax 250
Unacceptable Delays and Poor Customer Service
I placed an order that clearly stated a 60-minute delivery time. After waiting for an hour, I was notified that my delivery had been unexpectedly rescheduled for three days later. When I rightfully requested a refund due to this massive delay, customer support refused to cancel the order and stated I would have to pay a penalty fee. This is a complete failure in basic operations and customer service. I strongly advise against downloading this app, placing any orders, or making any payments. It is entirely unreliable.

Unlike competitors like Netmeds and PharmEasy, none of the medicines I needed had more than 4 strips in stock. No reason for me to switch to PillO

Higher prices than MRP
They are showing higher by 7-8% and then gives 10% discount. Also while placing it shows will add approximately 10% pillo coins but not given exactly. In my recent experience medicine MRP is 90 rs but they showed 97 and 10% discount so medicine is approx 87 rs. Basically we got only 2% discount instead same medicine shop offers 15% discount.

One of the stupid and fraud app like other ones
Nothing new, ordered dolo 650 and some other generic medicine, needed on urgent basis . Payment was accepted and debited from my account but later order was cancelled!!! I uploaded proscription too, You don’t have dolo????

Super helpful in Urgency - Wide range of medical shops
PillO was a life savior for us yesterday when we were looking for an insulin pen for my pregnant wife but it was out of stock in most of the stores in Bangalore, it was discontinued by the company. Given the urgency, we needed it same evening and I could see this app which had the product in stock and delivers in 1 hour. Without wasting any time, whole process of registering and ordering took less than 2 minutes and we got the pen under 1 hour. Really happy with the experience. Kudos to the team.

Fraud company
Worst experience ever. This site sends near-expiry medicines with very old manufacturing dates. Expiry is just 2–4 months away. This is clearly cheating customers. Do not trust or order from here.

The app is ok but the customer care is horrible. Not trained at all. Dont even know how to talk to customers. Horrible service.
Quick and Friendly
The customer service team was very friendly and quick to address my issues. Delivery was prompt and OTP based which made the transaction even secure. They promise to deliver in 60 mins, but deliver the order before time.
