Pathetic service
Extremely disappointing experience at the Pizza Wings outlet in Sector 37, Faridabad. I placed an order but never received it. When I approached the person at the cash counter regarding my missing order, instead of helping, he was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional.
He told me that it was his job to mark orders as “Picked Up” and said, “Take it if you want, otherwise leave. I don’t care. Many customers like you come here every day.”
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Not only was my order not delivered, but I was also treated disrespectfully when trying to resolve the issue. Customer service seems to be non-existent at this outlet.
I strongly urge the management to investigate the staff behavior at the Sector 37, Faridabad outlet and take corrective action. Customers deserve respect and proper service, not excuses and arrogance. Very poor experience and highly disappointing.

Had a very bad experience
Okay so usually I order from zomato and never faced such issues of missing items.
I ordered from their app and they didn’t send the dip. When I enquired after delivery they said they will do something.
Called them in the morning, the customer executive said ₹30 ka hi dip hai , koi baat nahi next time bhej dege.
I said i wanted refund, she said vaise banta toh nahi hai refund dena.
That’s when i lost it and started abusing her and she started abusing back.
Still haven’t received my refund.
Beware before ordering because they are frauds.

Burnt food
Ordered pizza and other stuff yesterday. The delivery experience was very bad. First order was Order cancelled after half an hour and then delivered on request. Late delivery and cold Pizza
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The delivery arrived significantly later than the promised time, which caused inconvenience. Moreover, the pizza was cold upon arrival, which affected the overall quality and taste of the food.

Very disappointing experience. Delivery took almost double the promised time. When the order finally arrived, ketchup was missing and the pizza was completely cold, not fresh at all.
Worst part is the lack of basic quality control. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Baddest pizza outlet after Domino’s
Took a more than hour to deliver the pizza order and still delivered wrong ordered badly messed up delivery guys arguing over delivery and rude behaviour irresponsible behaviour never gonna order again and still took full order money not delivered missing items uninstalled app right now
Horrible service
It takes many hours to deliver that too after many calls and the order are never completely delivered. Some items are always missing which are promised to be added in the next order which never happens. I am going to uninstall it and never visit Pizza wings again.
Waste
Firstly You have provided offers to order. When we go to order and added to cart it shows you have to make order of Rs199. Also you are taking delivery charges and all then why should I have to order for Rs199. Or you must mention in your offers zone or etc. Don’t make fool others.
Pathetic Services
They have this habit of deliver your food in 2 hours if you order 5 to 6 items. And on asking why so late they always and always give one excuse that we have one delivery boy and he is stuck in traffic. Everytime? Like surprisingly very poor service. I just want to ask why to order online when in equivalent time we can have food at restaurants.?

Outdated App — Feels Like It Was Made by a School Kid
This is honestly one of the worst food delivery apps I’ve ever used. The app is extremely outdated and feels like a basic school project. There’s no proper design, and it’s confusing to use. Even placing a simple order was difficult due to the third-class interface. no live order tracking. The tracking screen just stays stuck at one point forever. I had no idea where my pizza was. When the delivery guy finally called, he didn’t even have a proper app with location tracking. He asked me to send my location on WhatsApp! And even then, he got lost and reached my place in 50 minutes, even though he was just 25-30 minutes away. Totally disappointed. I do not recommend this app. If you want proper service, use Zomato — at least they give tracking and time guarantee. Pizza Wings needs a serious upgrade or it should just shut down.

Confusing, slow, incomplete app
What a trash app! How can you not have any option for Sides on the front page of the menu ?? It’s the most basic thing for a pizza app. And then to make it worse, when you click on an offer pop-up, it doesn’t load. Why add all these pop-ups when they don’t even work so many times!

Food late and damage
I had to wait for more then 1hour only for 2km distance and when i got my pizza it was damaged by sides after that when i call coustmer care they told me about compensation but when I check my app there was nothing that was only lie
Amazing pizza
Recently, i downloaded the app . It is very helpful to see the daily offers which is going on there. Delivery is fast with in 25 minutes. 5 star pizza and many options in pizza’s.
Fake
Worst pizza ever, they have told to us assured 100% cash back points over any online order instead we got 2 points as a cash back. Therefore it’s false marketing, why you make such offer that you can’t fulfilled.

Sector 102 Gurgaon Bad Store
It’s been 2 hours my order was not delivered. I had to call multiple times to store and customer care and I was getting the same reply for past 1 hour that order is being delivered in 5 min. After repeatedly calling customer care I got my refund after 2 hours. Wasted my evening. Worst experience. Dominos and Pizza Hut is much better. 0 star.

Worst Experience
I order Farm Pizza from this restaurant of 212 Rupees but they send me Onion pizza worth rupees 144. When i called the restaurant they didn’t pick up my calls and later they switched off the phone. I called Zomato but they didnt help me either. Worst experience ever.
Dont order from the app
Please dont order from the app’. Especially prepaid order! Money will deduct from your account but the store won’t get your order! And when you visit store no one will take responsibility for your order and your money! Customer service wont respond. Ordered 2 times from app and both time same thing happened! WROST APP WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! STRONGLY ADVICE TO NOT ORDER FROM THE APP! CHEAP COPY OF DOMINOS APP!
