DESIGN • Your stage: a crisp photo wallpaper behind everything – Ice, Graphite, Black or your own picture. Blur, dimming, saturation and tint are yours to set. • Glass instead of gray: tasks, calendar, folders and buttons are cut from one material – translucent, with a light edge and a dog-ear. No system forms, no stock sheets. • Depth: cards arrive from space, tilt at the edge while you scroll, lean when you press them. Completed rows glide away, symbols bounce, tabs glow in their color. • Time markers: tasks and events line up chronologically – in Today, in the day sheet and in every list. All-day at the top, “Anytime” at the bottom. • Lists as hanging folders in their color, with the first tasks peeking out as cards. Projects show their progress as a ring. • Capture without a form: type a title, pick Today · Tomorrow · Weekend, hit “Create” or “& next”. Everything can be undone. • Nine rules that look out for you: relieve full days, balance the week, schedule old-but-important tasks, break big tasks down, rediscover forgotten ones, archive empty lists, use a free 45 minutes for focus. • Energy level: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate from your Apple Watch become a score from 0 to 100. A strained day gets a lighter load, a rested one the full plan – with a morning note and an overload warning. • Planning table: fill the week with ghost cards, pin what fits – slots glow by fit. • Workshop: break a topic or task into branches and steps – as a map or a checklist. • With Apple Intelligence, Planny drafts subtasks and task ideas for your lists – entirely on device.
