Ignores notes and poor service
I set up a mowing job and made note that my back yard has a 4ft gate. I was contacted to confirm the gate was 4ft. I confirmed and got an affirmative response. Then they send someone out who doesn’t have a mower that fits through a 4ft gate. I contact support and they say they will reassign within the hour. A day later my job still isn’t assigned and I have been waiting for over and hour on hold both on the phone and with live chat waiting to speak to anyone. Would highly recommend anyone who considers this app look elsewhere.

No liability
This company hires unbelievably novice people to do work for them, and then when something inevitably goes wrong, they’ll take no responsibility and keep you strung along for months. The person they hired girdled / killed my tree and they kicked the can down the road until I finally gave up. Do not trust them if you value anything in your yard.

Not worth it
When a provider doesn’t show up there isn’t even a phone number to call to check and see what’s going on. Chat “support” is slow at best. You are at the mercy of these providers.
Horrible Experience
This is unequivocally the most incompetent company I've ever worked with. Here's a quick timeline of my experience in securing a reoccurring lawn mow for an investment property I own:
5/7: Order placed for a reoccurring lawn mow every 10 DAYS.
5/12: Initial mow was completed (they up-charge for the first mow calling it a maintenance mow)
5/13-5/29: No mow completed, no communication, and I needed to follow up with them multiple times to get them to mow again.
5/30: Mow was finally completed (well beyond the 10-day window and only because of my follow up efforts to initiate it).
5/30 - 7/2: NO MOW COMPLETED, NO COMMUNICATION FROM PLOWZ AND MOWZ. EVENTUALLY JUST CANCELLING THE SERVICE AFTER 30+ DAYS OF NOT HAVING THE LAWN MOWED.
This was such a horrible experience. There's no phone number to reach anyone. I left several voicemails without any response. The only communication method is with an AI bot on the app, then when you finally get a human, they are useless. This was two months of incessant follow up efforts with no meaningful feedback. "We're continuing to try and secure a provider." That's all I got in return.
I signed up for a 10-day reoccurring mow under the assumption they can provide the service as they outlined. The reality it was two months of dealing with an AI bot and no one who could actually help me or better yet, just tell me you cannot provide the service instead of leading me on for two months.
Last thing, and this really encompasses what this company stands for, they offered me a 20% off the mow once they secure a provider. They were OVERDUE 20 DAYS on they service they said they can do, and that was there response.
This company is terrible and I strongly encourage anyone who is considering their services to look elsewhere. 1 star is doing them a favor.

SCAMMERS- don’t use them
Took my money on day one without an issue. Claimed they assigned the job and date. Date came and went, reached out to support 4 times. It’s just an AI chat bot that does nothing but say somebody will call me, but never does. Sends verification codes to confirm, but then says they are wrong codes. Had to go to credit card company to refund the money. Not a single human to talk to. Took my money just fine though. There are other apps on the App Store, I recommend any of them besides these clowns.
