The app could offer so much more than just the balance. Even a simple performance graph would be nice.

The message date on your maintenance popup is outdated. Its giving wrong info to customer
Really quite useless
Can’t see the fees I’m paying for my fund. Can’t see anything useful in terms of a return history. Only displays balance and a contributions history. Useless.

Started with NOT much, but with each update it’s really getting good! Well done!! Keep going with additional features please!

Before the current update it was your total and that all. With this update, you know there a plan to build something great

After resetting my password, finding out my membership number and so on, the app still doesn’t allow me to log in

This app should allow you to access all the information as per the Plum site rather than getting on a computer!

Maybe with the transfer of new ownership they will listen to their customers and provide what customers actually want rather what they think they need.😡

No benefit
Can only see last contribution and total balance. Cannot see statements / contribution history.
Could do more
Would love to see this app updated like most other super apps where there is a lot more than just seeing last payment. My past super apps you’ve been able to access almost everything the same as web. Kind of makes this app pointless as you can’t do anything. I’ll delete and just use website.

Load app only to find out my account is not supported, waste of time.

Basically this is an app to check your balance/latest contribution and links you to the plum website if you need anything more. There is no other function.
Considering the huge cost of developing an app. This is a waste of money by a company that’s sole existence is to invest peoples money. Not a good look.
Add more features and give the app some capability.

A waste of time
You can only view your balance and last contribution. You are a major organization. Did you get the work experience student to develop this in their coffee break? Don’t bother.
Initial release has very limited functionality
Would like to have more functionality from the website (transaction history, performance, portfolio options etc.)

Very limited in features at the moment which doesn’t provide a lot of value. Hopefully these are added in future versions. Things like unit prices and history, performance, contribution history etc.
If the features aren’t improved then it will just be another app taking up space that will eventually be deleted.

Terrible
Shows no detail of an account. Just the balance which is a day older than the website. The app has no functionality at all to see balance by investment option, performance, statements, fund details, asset allocation? What a joke. Come on plum. This app is stupid. Your supposed to be saving us time, not wasting it. This version should not have been released or even publicized in your home page. It’s not even worthy of version of 1.0

Nice simple app. Love that it has easy access to view my super. Can’t wait to see where it goes from here!!!
View balance only?
Just downloaded the apps, logged in and perplexed. Am i only able to view current balance, last contribution made, and then proceed to log out? Is this just a beta apps?

Except the snapshot of my account balance, there is nothing much to do in this app.
