The “All-In One” cold plunge is a Lemon
Purchased 18 months ago. Constant mechanical issues with my All-In one. Zero customer support (impossible to reach a human at company to discuss). Terrible customer support and a lemon product
Abysmal quality
Do not buy Plunge. I own the Plunge Pod with the Evolve Pro Chiller, and it’s had two critical failures: the chiller previously went into an error state for no reason and needed a full replacement, and now the clear filter housing canister has cracked on its own — a manufacturing defect that risks leaking the entire tub since it sits right in the water line. Plunge doesn’t even sell this part directly on their site, and instead of standing behind their own product, customer service pushes you toward a third-party insurance claim (Plunge Protect/XCover) rather than just fixing a known defect. You will spend far more time fighting through claims and troubleshooting than you’ll ever spend enjoying this product. Save your money.

No customer service
Honestly you spend thousands of dollars on a product and there is hardly any customer service other than texting!? System keeps dropping out on the WiFi (not the WiFi’s fault, running consistently at 350mpbs). When you get the bath installed you cannot upgrade the firmware. You can’t control it from the app because it drops out every few minutes. Complete waste of money

Insanely efficient and easy to manage. The best reset for a good or a bad day. Powerful and responsive. The app connects us to our reset.

Solid experience and glad they have the app. But need to add ability to see temp in Celsius and bring back Apple Watch support or whoop and integrate heart rate data in each session
Very Delayed Support
After investing over $10,000 into this bathtub, we are still waiting for PLUNGE Support to email us back why our PLUNGE cannot seem to stay on. We have an email that is asking for metrics which we don’t have access to because the electrical system for the PLUNGE is down. Very disappointing. PLUNGE support emails are not monitored with any frequency apparently. If we had known better, we should have returned this unit within 30 days. Now we are stuck with this horrible investment and we are at the mercy of PLUNGE Support. If we do not have the unit fixed using the warranty system, then no future damage will be covered under warranty. We are being held hostage. Caveat Emptor

Worst customer service on earth
First and foremost. The product works. When you use it; you will become addicted. I can’t even begin to explain how bad of support the company has. I bought a second plunge after my first one crapped out. They had a faulty system and my internet didn’t ping to the plunge so they voided my warranty. After a month of emails back and forth (they won’t talk on the phone) I went to the COO and head of customer relations. They finally got back to me. Now I am here sitting for a week and a half trying to schedule a technician to install a new chiller (prepaid the $750 technician visit) and no timeline in sight. The entire process has been one of the most maddening experiences of my life. I have contemplated getting my attorney involved because the product is so good. It is a catch 22 but don’t fall in love because once it goes out (which it will) you are in serious trouble.

Get with the times
Should allow more than one person to use the app without someone having to sign out and sign back in EVERY time. In most households more than one person uses the product. It costs enough! Make the experience user friendly for all those that plunge! Every update takes my app/plunge connection offline and it is murder trying to re connect. Super inconvenient

This sauna is trash
I am unable to get my sauna above 150°. The floor of my sauna won’t get above 90°. However, the sensor tells me it is 215° in the sauna. The craftsmanship and technology do not work. Do not buy this sauna. I repeat. Do not buy this sauna. You will not be able to get the health benefits you want because it does not heat up enough even though it tells you it does.
Why not give it one star? That’s simply because I like my cold plunge. The cold plunge works well.
