All the Dr’s I’ve had have been very kind and professional. There are many appointments available throughout the day and it’s super convenient. I very much appreciate being able to have this service.

Great Potential, room for improvement
I had a seamless experience my first time using the app, but it’s unfortunately been downhill since then. My second appointment there were technical issues that kept kicking me out, and either the dr didn’t show or connected during one of the times I was working my way back in. She didn’t have another appointment available for a couple of weeks. I switched to a different dr, who did not join the call. I called customer support to make sure the system was actually working that day and got another appointment- the doctor’s video wasn’t functioning & she got disconnected during the call.
The online help is hit or miss. My insurance denied a prescription and while working through the appeal, now it looks like my doctor is no longer in network. Questions regarding if that is the case have not been answered. Responses have been slow - and more concerningly, incorrect. You can tell that answers are sent without actually looking at the history or understanding the question that is being asked.
I pretty much have to call and speak with a customer service person to get anything corrected or resolved, but each one I have spoken with has been very helpful.
The service can be very convenient, but expect to have to follow up endlessly yourself if there’s a glitch.

Poison plant
I was exposed to what was likely poison Oak per Dr Marks. He told me each repeat episode intensifies the symptoms. I will use telehealth for minor medical issues again.
Not worth and potentially negligent!
I’ve used PlushCare for about six months and it is SUCH an expensive headache. The 2-3 days it takes for anyone to get back to you is, in itself, not conducive for actually addressing issues that arise. Medication refills are an unbelievably expensive and difficult process. You have to set up an appointment monthly to get a refill, even for standard meds. They said they made a referral to a specialist with zero info about where/what/etc. There are lots of these services, and I definitely would not recommend this one.

A great way to have wellness check-ups, or quickly scheduled appointments for minor illnesses and have regularly scheduled tests. My doctor is very knowledgeable and thorough. Although the video visits are short - Dr. Le knows more about me and seems more interested in my overall wellness than doctors I see in person.

This is absolutely disgusting, I canceled my membership 5 months ago and they kept billing $ 20 dollars a month 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I just can’t explain and express my sincere appreciation for her lovely caring attitude. I came into my appointment feeling nervous and upset and I felt like she lifted me up and made me feel cared for. That is what a doctor should do. Thank you for being that for me!
Easy and Fast
Took no time at all to be seen and talk to the doctor, very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again! Sometimes it is hard to get in with your primary care doctor so this is a fast and hassle free option.
Best Appointment Ever
I experienced severe burns on my lower legs and can't walk. I had been trying to get an appointment for 48 hrs at an office which was a nightmare. I was able to book appointment with PlushCare in only one hour! My doctor showed up on time and listened carefully, I was able to get the oral and topical steroids I need for the back half of my recover so I can walk again!

No Show Doctors
They will show up when they feel like it. If they don’t show, and you’re really sick, too bad. If you don’t complete an appointment with them (because they don’t bother to show up) you can’t even leave a review. That’s why they all have such great ratings. What a racket.

Very satisfied with my visit. Same day appointment. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. Got the exact care that I was looking for…and I didn’t have to wait, literally, 4+ months for the next available appointment with my regular pcp for a very simple issue. Thank you for this service!
