Stole my money
I was receiving my student finance loan into my pockit account, randomly they started to do checks on my account which I understand they have the right to do that but what I don’t understand is how it has been over 2 weeks now, I sent all the relevant documents they needed the next day and I still have zero access to MY money I’m due to go on holiday next week and don’t know what to do with all my money being kidnapped by this stupid so called bank.

8th time in as many months they have stopped outgoing transfers for “review”.
This time however when on chat, I asked how to make a complaint about the situation and the chat was automatically ended.
Will now not answer any chats or respond to emails.
As a whole, previous customer service was ok but this times it’s been appalling.
No further forward with my payment, held my funds and won’t reply.
Not ideal for a financial service. I will be posting the correspondence and experience on every review site to warn people of how you handle and hold peoples money then refuse to contact when ask questions

I’ve been trying to sort out a contract with three mobile and the payment details don’t work from my card and when I question Pockit about it they say they said should be any problem to try again so that’s what I did and now they same problem! When I speak to the Ai chat they said they’d be in-touch by email but I’m still waiting for it

Complete scam. They take money of you for making transactions and they also don’t offer the £50. Stay clear from it

Horrible bank don’t even allow to use for normal use to see a couple of small transfers and asked me twice and blocked twice because if I use money or transfer money without leaving any options to use my own money which cost me a very difficult one week

After provided all evidence of where my funds came from they still decided to restrict my account I get paid into this account they do not respond they take over a week to respond and only respond asking for more details, they also put payments under review that I sent to family members it said up to 36 hours however it took 3 weeks for the funds to finally be sent and then they restricted my account and asking for a lot of information which I already provided when I first opened this account. DO NOT use pockit it is awful and I do not know how they can operate like this.

Early access to salary “ONLY MAYBE— ONLY IF THEY FEEL LIKE IT— AND NOT EVERYTIME
So I decided to switch to pokit receiving my salary. The advertising one day early access to salary.. after switching and going through the all the trouble. I find out that it is only. Sometimes they will do it and it is never guaranteed… unlike other providers who actually uphold their word on this.. disappointed!
