Frustrated
Please fix this app. I use it because I have too. The company pays me in their time to do it, which means you are costing them money every it freezes, locks up, and I have to delete and re-install because of the constant spinning wheel! Latest iOS etc all updates your other products seem fine.

I can’t change the expense category once submitted. Also want to set default category to something other than ‘other’.

Not had a chance to use it for very long so cannot give a balanced view but, seems pretty easy to use so far
Failing to submit
Seems very buggy since a new update. Takes several attempts to get the expenses to submit and then some appear to submit even though a failure message was shown.

Mileage
Very rarely correct. Likely due to large post code areas. Also not enough lines for a round trip with many stops
Suggested improvements
We live and work in rural Scottish island and this app struggles to locate many roads and destinations without an exact address to enter in the search. We suggest you should use that using place pointer would be more flexible for locating rural locations.
Very slow
The app is constantly crashing (I got a IPhone 13 so it shouldn’t crashing all the time) I need re-install the app every day because it doesn’t work … Useless… My employees don’t know every time how to put the mileage because the app every time changes the numbers of the mileage… so it’s a nightmare and at the end I need to do the expenses manually as always .
