Lazy interface and supply chain
Partnering with DoorDash delivery charges a ridiculous amount for delivery plus default two fries which no one would’ve asked for. It took out four years to add an option for condiments. Every location is always out of Cajun sparkle.

I placed the order on the app. It charged my card. When I got to the store, they had no order and then I got an email and seen it was canceled and I’ve been trying to get a refund and still have not got a refund.
