Can’t view inspection or even upload my inspection.. been waiting for an update for months.

I'm a professional who uses this platform, and honestly, as a professional, I can't recommend it. They just steal your money; all the leads are fake, and they never refund your money. They always find excuses not to give it back. That's why I'm stopping using this application so they don't keep stealing my money. I recommend other, safer applications. This one is not at all safe for your wallet as a professional.

These are SCAMMERS!
These guys are scammers and I don’t know why that are not blocked from the market ! In the beginning they bombing you with hundreds of calls every day asking to buy the year membership and after your purchase it literally doesn’t work at all! Don’t waist your money and time - it is not possible to cancel the membership and get the refund what is absolutely illegally!

Great way to organize my home
App works great to track my systems, to-do lists, keep track of contractors I like, and have a picture inventory of receipts and paint colors.

Recruiters from this company contacting for un existing jobs then cancelling Interviews saying job is not open .
Wont let me download PDF
They seem to do everything they can to force you to use the app instead of just download a PDF of your inspection report. I click the button that says “download PDF” and it just shows me a fake page that looks like a pdf but I can’t download a PDF file. When I try to share the pdf via messages, it just sends a link to a website that looks like a PDF but isn’t a PDF, and it won’t even load it’s just blank.

This app is the real deal. So refreshing to have an app that’s on our side. I recommend this app whole heartedly. This app Rocks.
Awful
Worst app! All they tried to do was sell me a home security system everyone they connected me with to get quotes or anything never replied back after wasting hours on the phone.. do not install do not use!!!

I had no idea the home inspector I chose would sell or share my information.
They contacted me to offer their services, but when I requested assistance with moving & home insurance, I never heard back.

SELLS YOUR DATA TO DARK WEB
DO NOT download this app and input your email address. They sell your data and email address to scammers. Within a day I had a phishing email sent to me for the first time ever on this particular email address. After a week of 10+ phishing and marketing emails per day, my identity alert app let me know that my email address and other data had been shared on the dark web.

Handyman fixed
Had a bunch of small jobs around the house, porch.com was awesome in helping find contractors at affordable prices.
Doesn’t work. Customer “support” was unhelpful.
My home inspection shows as having took place in the app, and it is properly linked to my inspector. When I try to access it, I just get a blank screen. If I try to download what should be a 79 page document, it says it is only 82 bytes.
So I called the support number for Porch and even emailed them at the email address they provide. They never emailed me back a response, and when I tried to call during business hours it went straight to voicemail. They eventually called me back three days later and all the individual suggested was to delete and redownload the app. Once I told her I had already done that, she replied “Oh…” and then proceeded to go on about the other features of the app and tried to sell me on one of the “premium” services they provide.
Support is as dysfunctional as the app. Terrible experience.

Did not find useful
I got this app per a home inspection report. You can do other things on it, like set up to do lists and find contractors. Mostly it feels redundant to existing services that do those things well. I can see were some people may find an app like this to have some utility, but it is not for me.

Saves me time with all home related stuff
I like that you can create to-do lists based on the inspection report without having to type in the to-do list yourself. Also like that I can store pictures (to remember which colors I used for which rooms). The moving checklist and the different comparison shopping options for different home projects was helpful too. What would make me come back to the app more often: 1. Add notifications for changing estimated home price , when rates to refinance go down , and other money saving tips. 2. Integrate power bill , water bill, etc.

Doesn’t work and no one answers phone
After getting my inspection report, I was very excited to see there was an app I could use to keep track of repairs. However, after trying to login multiple times, I never received an email with a code. I tried calling multiple times for weeks and multiple emails and not one response to help. Hopefully they can figure out this app, would be a really good resource.
