I was using this bike for more than 2 years from their first location and now they fine me twice cause one time I’ve been in police station and the other one cause my phone had water isuses I contact the support they wasn’t helpful at all they forget when the system is down and the bikes not working that’s minimum a lose of 200 pound for us one day without working and they don’t even refund us a quid that’s the worst service hope the Zoomo comeback stronger cause those mtf feeel like they won

Stay away from PortApp!
The apps and systems are constantly crashing. They charged me a £25 penalty for a system issue they couldn’t fix in 12 hours. They cancelled my 1-week package that I didn’t even use and refused to refund the £50 I paid for it. Stay away from companies like this.

They really don't care you got bike or not..plus when you go there to pick up the bike most of them are not fully charged and some of them are out of service and need to fix asap
Money thieves
You pay for service what they can’t provide. Bicycles always broken, half batteries most of the times etc. not responding emails and after blaming you for that, so they can not send refund for their mistakes.

Expressing my experiences with Port e-bikes
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the e-bike service at NCP Clerkenwell HUB. Over 20 bikes at this location are currently faulty, and despite multiple attempts to use them, they remain out of service due to electrical and mechanical issues.
What is particularly frustrating is the lack of any proper maintenance or solution being provided. As a paying customer, I am paying nearly £50 per week for this service, yet I am unable to rely on the bikes to get where I need to go. The ongoing issues at this location are unacceptable, and there has been no communication about when these faults will be resolved.
Given the significant amount I am paying for this service, I expect a more reliable and efficient solution to the ongoing issues. I request immediate action to repair or replace the faulty bikes and ensure that future maintenance is conducted in a timely manner.

- Hub shows 30 bikes. 10 of them are broken. The rest have less than 40% charge.
- Really disappointing. - Bikes are poorly maintained, brakes don't work. It's a matter of time to have an accident.
- It's a shame for the money you pay, your money is going to waste.

I got stuck in middle of my ride
I purchased the daily pass from the Finsbury hub and got to know not a single bike is in good condition no service nothing and by my luck some what good bike i got and pull it out and gone half way in middle of my ride the bike display turns off and turn into red and the bike got stuck when I contact to the support they said it got some glitch innit so go back to the hub and take the new bike i was shock from the outcome as I’m already in the half way of my destination there bike some fault i suffered from it and you guys know the amazing point they said as i leaved the bike on the road and didn’t return the bike to the hub so i get penalty of £10 pounds how funny is that. Kindly if you want to run up in this business so look after services and provide the quality work.

I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere and I can't move because the app doesn't work, I can't unlock the bike, I can't do anything.
I'm going to abandon the bike on the street, because you don't provide support, there's no way to call and there's no way to access the support.
