Excellent, well researched exercises
So happy to have found this to help me deal with my post-natal ab separation and weak pelvic floor. The videos are excellent.
Easy to use
Very happy with this app. Clear instructions in both photos and video. Simple little workouts I can do at home. Will buy the full app for more variety.
Good app but need a little more detail.
This app is a nice introduction to Pilates and showing what exercises can be useful for getting back into shape after having a baby. Each exercise includes simple step by step pictures and written instructions along with a brief video clip of the exercise being performed. The workouts are short and include straight forward exercises. However, the developers should update this app to also include information of when to inhale and exhale during the performance of each exercise. Breathing in Pilates is very important, especially for anyone who is totally new to this type of exercise.

Nice quick workouts
Love this so far for helping restore pelvic floor and regain abdominal strength after childbirth. Lose one star for not having sound on video. Would love to hear the instructor talk through the exercises.
