I believe platforms that provide healthcare-related services should be transparent and allow both positive and negative patient experiences to be shared fairly, as long as they are genuine and supported by evidence. Authorities should ensure that such platforms operate with appropriate transparency and accountability.

You make account deletion complicated
Then doctor gets connected and says share reports I share everything and then he says he will read everything and says he will call in 45 minutes. He calls and asks what is the issue I told him the issue and then he says where are the reports I had to repeat 5 times I have uploaded everything as per your request including my medical profile.
It was so irritating to talk to the doctor who are not empathetic on what is actual problem of th patient and to suggest that go and consult an offline doctor.
Whatever is required I have already done it and have prepared everything so that he can read (as I am afraid I might miss some thing on call explanation) but no he does not read it even though he mentioned he will read.
Hey Practo you keep my consultation fee with you and the number of crashes that has happened in a span of 40 minutes you are a sham.
Just do one favour please help me in deleting my Practo account as I never want to return.

The audio and the video call connection was not working
Secondly , when a doctor got assigned , and I was shown an option to chat with her , the chat option did not work . Unclear if the doctor did not respond to my chats or my messages did not go through.
Finally I got assigned to a different doctor available that time. Though I could chat with the doctor the video/audio calls option did work.
Tried reaching customer care to sort the issue and I realised that they did not work after 9 pm leaving me to sort out the issue by myself.
Finally after struggles at both end, the doctor was kind enough to share an alternate contact number on request where I could proceed with the consultation.
Thanks to the doctor who came out of his way to make this happen.
I am using Practo’s service after a long time and I must say my experience was not pleasant.

On doctors interaction front, she was quiet welcoming, supportive and simple to answer all queires. I have followed up with her for 3 months and will definitely stay in touch with her for future issues.

Practo is thugging people blatantly. I won’t let this go that easily, i would file a case even if this is what needed to refund my money. I have all the proofs, screenshots and messages, timing everything.
But to get into such kind of problem is one thing, i urge everybody to avoid online consultation on such platform which has zero value for customer and want to take your money without providing service. Save yourself from scam

Extremely Poor Consultation Experience
This is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a paid medical service. Felt completely cheated. Practo needs better quality control over doctors on its platform.

Poor experience with practo care plan
After a prolonged argument of nearly 30 minutes, I was asked to pay ₹950 as a consultation fee, and only then was I allowed to see the doctor. This completely defeated the purpose of purchasing the ₹2400 membership. Adding to the frustration, there was no immediate or effective customer support available through the app—no direct phone number and no clear way to reach a support agent via chat.
Based on my poor first experience, I would strongly advise users to be cautious before purchasing this subscription.

Most biased and fake review system
Rating system is the worst i have seen i have in any app and i build apps.
You can’t easily access your own reviews, if you want to access it will ask that it will delete old review without even seeing an opportunity to see it, then any truth you write about the doctor even when you can support with reports is hidden to protect the doctors. When you try to upload, it gets stuck there, no feedback if report is uploaded/ not uploaded with only option to cancel and you redo the entire process.. have done this 10 times over time.. the most biased, fake review system
