Rarely Loads
This app rarely loads properly. When I receive push notifications that I have a new message, lab report, document etc. I can’t actually access the information through the app because it won’t load. The loading circle just spins.
Terrible App
I have been on this app for 2 years. It continues to work inconsistently and fails to play its critical role as a main source of communication for fertility treatments. Individuals are already managing stressful, overwhelming, and life changing circumstances. This unfortunately adds to the stress and can delay access to time sensitive information.

Brutal
This app doesn’t work consistently. It’s unreliable. It also doesn’t do basic things like default into the right calling code. Disappointing given how much clients of the care provider who uses it pay.
Can’t communicate at critical time
App is not loading regularly, while I’m spending 20k to do a treatment. What are my doses. When are my appointments. I need to ask questions. I really hope it doesn’t compromise my outcomes
Not working well the last few weeks
This is the only way to talk to my clinic, and I have issues right now, and I can’t get answers, very unreliable, did the update and now can’t access the app at all
Glitchy and doesn’t load messages
This app glitched a bit before (previous 6 months), but the last month has been really bad. App gets stuck on messages and just doesn’t load new ones. Had to go to the online version a lot.
Horrible reliability
This app is always going down, logging me out or refreshing perpetually. It makes an already stressful process even more stressful. Really important updates for medicine timing and embryo development are sent on here and the poor reliability just shows the developers don’t understand their user.
Can not connect
This is so bad, no stable connection, creates anxiety before the IVF retrieval day
Crashes constantly
I am trying to get in to see my messages and documents and no matter how many times I have put in my email verification code it brings me back to the sign in screen. I have tried closing the app, updating it, restarting my phone… very annoying
Lots of glitches
The amount of glitches this app has is ridiculous. Can’t access anything within the app and upon contacting support I am told to “try logging out and then back in”. So I do that and it doesn’t work as well as trying to delete and re-download the app, and I cannot get back in. This is very bad considering that the information and communication through this app needs to be accessed in a time sensitive manner.

Worst app
Always logs me out and messages not loading. I have an appointment the next day but I can’t even check the messages to let my care team know I won’t be able to make it. I can call them but that means that this app is useless if I can’t even do basic stuff here
Trash
This the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. It’s constantly kicking me out of the portal, or failing/crashing entirely, forcing me to delete it and re-download. Inexcusable given how important the health info and ability to communicate with my clinic is. This is not a version issue either, it’s been like this for over a year.

Terrible app
This app logged you out anytime it has trouble connecting or you switched screens for one second.
You constantly have to re-enter your email and then get a verification text message with a code every time you get logged out.
This app also has a terrible time downloading any information, and half the time it will kick out because it has having trouble connecting to its server. whatever happened to just emailing? All conveniently in one place and phone calls. If you’re gonna have an app, make sure that it actually works.

Absolutely hate this app
I’ve never had so many issue with an app. Constantly signs me out even when I’m in the middle of writing my clinic. Won’t let me sign in most of the time. Makes the whole IVF process 50 times worse.
No longer opens
Since Friday this app refuses to open. I’ve removed it and reinstalled it, restarted my phone, etc. Before then, it stopped giving me notifications. Is anyone working on this?
Not a fan.
My fertility clinic uses this app. I have made sure that I have all of my notifications on but I never receive any (very rarely I’ll receive one through email). 90% of the time my messages won’t send and I have to retry multiple times. Communication through the app sucks honestly.

Really delays medical care
This doesn’t even deserve a star. The concept is great, the execution is beyond terrible. We get extremely time-sensitive medical instructions on this app and multiple times a day you have to request a code to log back in. I’ve missed important messages that have delayed my fertility journey from being logged out after just sending a message to my care team. I am beyond angry and frustrated. When you message them, they’ll tell you “we’re aware and we’re working on it.” I don’t understand how medical offices adopted this app. It’s beyond insane to me.

Logs you out every time you go back in the app. Such a hassle to login every single time
Notifications
PLEASE for the love of God, fix the notifications. Having to repeatedly open the app to see if I have messages for time sensitive medical information is the most frustrating thing in the world. I have checked all of my settings, everything I possible could do to fix this, I have done. Which means it is a problem with the app itself. Fix it ASAP!
