The worst streaming app on the market.
This app is so broken and poorly designed and executed that it's hard to believe they are trying to offer this in 2026. This might have been acceptable in 2006. This is very unfortunate because the catalog is excellent. I was a subscriber a couple of years ago and gave up. Decided to give it another shot now but nothing has changed. The windows app is just as bad. I really want to be their customer but I can't when the product is this way.

Bad as can be
The app cannot find the streamer 9 out of 10 times… frustrating to the utmost. I would give it a miss if I was you. I will certainly not be renewing my membership. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very clunky app
It is a real struggle: doesn’t respond, loses connection, the cd you were playing disappears from the screen for no apparent reason… I like the idea a lot but Presto really needs to improve the app massively.

Constantly demands enabling push notifications
Every time I launch the app, I have to tell it NO, I don't want push notifications.
