Great App!
It would be helpful if there wasn’t a limit to wishlist quantities and if product descriptions included the model’s height and measurements that would be super helpful. It helps when picking sizes.

I honestly love the PLT app. It’s great for a last minute wardrobe dilemma, there’s always something to choose from and with next day delivery it’s a win win. I’ve never been unhappy with the quality of anything I’ve ordered and it’s great value for money. You can get great buys on the beauty products too. Love it!!

worst customer service
had the worst experience i have ever had shopping online! They decided to change my shipping address to another country and would not cancel the order or change the shipping address. tried messaging their customer service but it was ai bot so kept repeating the same message, and then when connected with a real person they tried telling me I could return the items!! Like how can I when it’s not going to be delivered to me?? Tried emailing them but again was useless and a little rude. The shipping company was more helpful. definitely never shopping here again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone. I have already told my friends never to shop here and suggest you do the same!

Terrible app, worse customer service
The app and website are both clunky and frustrating to use. On top of that, I ordered 4 items and only received 2. Customer service kept insisting everything was packed based on “CCTV” but provided no actual proof. A simple missing-item issue turned into a ridiculous, drawn-out dispute. Very disappointing experience.
I even paid extra for “Worry-Free Delivery.” When I asked what that protection actually covered after two items went missing, customer service ignored the question and sent me the same copy-paste response about CCTV again.

Poor app functions
Extremely slow app. Takes ages to load
Quality down. Only shipped half my order…
Their clothes used to be much better quality. Now it’s the same exact stuff that’s being made in a Chinese factory and sold to numerous fashion brands. They only shipped half my order and I paid extra for “worry free shipping.” Funny enough, I’m actually even more worried now that I was before because they made me feel like a criminal when I put my request in to have my order reviewed. Once my issues are resolved, I won’t be ordering from them anymore. Warning to all, follow my advice.
