I PAID $25 FOR A SWEATSHIRT, THEN SHIPPING WAS SO EXPENSIVE MY TOTAL CAME OUT TO ALMOST $40?!?!?!? FOR WHAT???!!! THEN IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET HERE!!! š¤¬

Great site for plus size girlies
Iāve purchased off the site a couple times. Latest purchase was great so glad for the revamp cause the old PLT plus size clothes were terrible but this time a whole
lot better.
I would love a review section though customers whoāve purchased items cause I have received items that were great and some with sizing being abit off or on the bigger side which I think customers should be aware of before purchasing especially as a plus size girly myself I will say your range has improved so much also whatās with the sizing conversion. XL, XXL, XXXL is not all range like I know itās UK but id still like to ensure XXL is 18-20 plus size or is it 22-24 which I would assume but no conversion to confirm so can there be a page that shows us a quick conversion or even just a chart of conversions would really save us time from checking your help page. Also shoe range is it UK 9 or regular NZ/AU 9 donāt want to get that mistaken too.
I do fall on the tall plus size so having model heights in description especially when buying trousers is helpful Iāve had issues buying trousers just for them to be too short is such a pain with the model on the image having the trouser looking too long or overhanging is very misleading.
Lastly, your app tends to glitch after a while which forces me to refresh and lose my last search so that could do some looking in to aswell

As a taller girl I really appreciated the old PLT app that included the inseam. Now I have to second guess what the inseam are and what will fill. I wish they would bring back the inseam

Glitching
Your app is always glitching itās so irritating and you take very long to restock, along with your lighting on your cameras when taking pictures of models is very questionable to real life packages, it never looks the same. Please improve this your re brand has been quite terrible, amazing styles but the reality is scamming.

Wishlist
The app is inconsistent with saving items in your shopping bag and to your wishlist. Iāve placed some items in my shopping cart and in ten minutes theyāre gone. I didnāt think much of it cause most clothing apps have this feature where they only save items in your cart for ten mins. This app didnāt warn me but I just moved on. I started saving some items in my wishlist for this reason and I come back the next day to everything I saved being gone. Now this seems useless because why would I want my items I think about buying later on be gone. And to add to all that all the items that I thought were gone from cart came back. So itās either a have items in my cart or in the wishlist. Itās too inconvenient

SCAMM
They are literally scamming people. I bought a top for 52.70 and they sent the wrong item. I ended up having to return it. They then deducted a $10 shipping fee from my refund amount. The mistake was on their end so I shouldnāt have had to pay ANYTHING. Scam be aware!!
Gone wayyyy downhill from what it used to be
Used to absolutely love PLT. Their ārebrandā shortly after customers found bugs in their clothes / packages was the worst. All theyāve done is up the price for the same items, made delivery times longer, and also have a feature called āDeliver+ā or something, that you can add to your order so theyāre able to refund you if your order doesnāt arrive? Amongst other things that THEYāD be responsible for. Iāve paid numerous times for next day delivery, item hasnāt arrived, I contact customer service, and they say āplease wait another 24 hours, also our customer service agents are busyā. Wait another 24 hours for what? For my order that I paid to arrive TODAY? Humble yourselves and return the money youāre stealing for these rip-off mediocre clothes and paid delivery.

Itās crazy to me that you are forced to download the app to even access PLT. Anytime I get on the webpage I am told I have to download to app the access the site. Just stupid.
AI customer service = no customer service
Canāt get in touch with someone if your life depended on it. The clothes and the app are fine, but there is no customer service number and you can literally message them on insta, email, text, and only ever get AI generated responses from the most UNHELPFUL AI bot youāve ever been forced to converse with. They made me pay for the return on an item I had the protection plan for, and are now only refunding me on the app once I get my package. I have begged through any avenue they allow you to ācontactā them on for them to put the refund on my card because the dress in my size will sell out before my store credit comes and I need it for a wedding. It is so disrespectful to the customer to throw AI bots at them as if thatās helping. After this nightmare is over I will no longer be supporting this company or any other business that thinks the consumer is stupid enough to think this is ācustomer serviceā.

if i could give it 0 i would. the customer service is disgustingly slow and poor, completely unhelpful. i purchased royalty 72 hours ago which STILL hasnāt updated on my account meaning i could return things for free but have had to pay for delivery again?? honestly ridiculous and having no phone number to call is stupid, not everyone has the time to sit about and wait for a bot to respond to them.
