Fabulously Brilliant
I love this shop!!! I get all my clothes from them. The prices are amazing and the quality of the fabric are brilliant. Literally what you see is what you get. 95% true to size. I’ve only had to return the odd one or two out of around a 70 purchases. I would suggest they focus more on their customer service relationship. They’ve got the clothes aspect right.

Orders to Canada
I always had the best experience with PLT but for some reason, the app no longer lists Canada as a country it ships to. I have to go online to PLT Canada and i never had to do this before. It would be nice if the app could go back to how it was before.

Smooth app
I love how smooth the app runs no glitches and my favorite thing that a lot of apps or websites have trouble with is when clicking on a product to view more pictures a lot of times when you go out again to the main page after looking it starts you back at the beginning of all the items you have already looked through. This app does not do that. I can click on an item and then go back right where I left off. This is a huge perk for me and will keep me shopping here! Also everything is separated into categories. Very easy to use the app, I love it! I usually get overwhelmed online shopping but this app makes it easy. Can’t wait for my items to come in & hope they arrive before my trip I paid for express shipping. So far everything’s been smooth & I hope to shop here again if everything goes smooth with my order, I’m excited!!

Customer Service and Delivery
Ordered clothes for next day delivery and then they came the day after that so not next day ,2 day delivery .
Then I was on holiday and could order abroad and receive the package by Friday when ordering on Tuesday/Wednesday which I paid express delivery for €15.99 . It said it was coming on the Friday never showed up then said it was coming on the Saturday never showed up . Then said it was coming Monday and I’d left on the Sunday and my package was delivered to the hotel without anyone checking if I was still even there which I wasn’t .
So I paid for express delivery for a parcel to come and it still never came expect days later when I wasn’t even in the country no more and was told can’t refund it as it’s been delivered when I’m not even there to get it as I’m half away across the world to even receive it .
So customer service can’t help you with literally anything as seems to be there first day on earth and you probably know more than them . If you want a response expect 1/2 days to go by before u get one and then by then the response is awful and tells you what you already know and then wait another 1/2 days for a response back .
Seems to be 4 people working on customer service chats in the whole company .

Fees
I bought a dress, but the size didn’t fit, so I returned it. I then reordered the same dress using a gift card. This time, I was charged U.S. customs and import fees, even though I didn’t have to pay those fees when I placed my original order. On top of the $210 price of the dress, I had to pay an additional $60–70 for shipping and customs charges.

Great site for plus size girlies
I’ve purchased off the site a couple times. Latest purchase was great so glad for the revamp cause the old PLT plus size clothes were terrible but this time a whole
lot better.
I would love a review section though customers who’ve purchased items cause I have received items that were great and some with sizing being abit off or on the bigger side which I think customers should be aware of before purchasing especially as a plus size girly myself I will say your range has improved so much also what’s with the sizing conversion. XL, XXL, XXXL is not all range like I know it’s UK but id still like to ensure XXL is 18-20 plus size or is it 22-24 which I would assume but no conversion to confirm so can there be a page that shows us a quick conversion or even just a chart of conversions would really save us time from checking your help page. Also shoe range is it UK 9 or regular NZ/AU 9 don’t want to get that mistaken too.
I do fall on the tall plus size so having model heights in description especially when buying trousers is helpful I’ve had issues buying trousers just for them to be too short is such a pain with the model on the image having the trouser looking too long or overhanging is very misleading.
Lastly, your app tends to glitch after a while which forces me to refresh and lose my last search so that could do some looking in to aswell
