Constant Problems
This app annoys me so much I don't even want an FSA account anymore.
Glitchy app
Anytime you use the app and go back, you need to start over. It tells you you need to have direct deposit or you’ll be charged $5 each time. Even if you’ve already set up direct deposit. Very frustrating

I don’t even know what to say about this app because it’ll get me steaming. I need to say it’s one out of five stars.
Needs a lot of work
Every time you switch to another app to get details it logs you out and you start over. WHY???
Not enough detail and confusing categories
Card continuously gets blocked and not clear which transactions are blocking
No notifications on app that your card is in decline status. Should be continuous and bring up problem receipts all the time.
Get rid of check charge message if you have entered bank account info.
This is another case of no one at firm uses app and / or the programmers don’t use.
As other person stated they look for every excuse not to pay. Card being declined so pay out of pocket. I get receipt from Office for payment. Still not good enough. They also want EOB every time. Just get yourself.
Seems random what they approve. One office approved another not approved. Receipts are identical. Same healthcare org two different physical offices
I have never had so much problems with getting FSA money returned.

Easy to use!
I have used this for many years for the flex account and childcare reimbursement. Although the receipt uploads are not always accepted and can be confusing, overall this is a great way to save money and help pay for childcare and medical expenses!

Never ending loading screen
The app is literally unusable due to a never ending loading screen. It has been like this for months now, fix it. I can’t even put in a support ticket because again, the entire thing is completely broken by that loading screen.

Easy and quick
I’m easily able to make frequent submissions for transit reimbursement, but very little difficulty. The uploading process for receipts is simple.

Does it even work?
I have no success in getting the app to work. First, it doesn’t accept the autofill for the text security code, and second, when I log in it just spins saying loading and then finally kicks me back to the login screen saying “Signed out due to inactivity” even though it never finished loading.
Great and easy service
Submitting a receipt sometimes is frustrating when you have the same script every month; but it’s still easy and pays out fast

This service is incredibly hard to use. The app and website are hard to login to. The errors do not make sense. Would not recommend.
