Cant find anything cause of poor filtering

Tried to give it a shot for the discount. I tried to process a return and it lost all of the information and now I can’t get in contact with anyone from customer service. Also shuts down randomly. This app is unneeded and has turned me off from PP

they’re so flexible with returns and shipping, they have the cutest dresses and clothes will great quality for SUPERB prices. they’re awesome, totally recommend
whiplash of quality and slop
This app should be better for what it is. The search option ultimately fails along with the filter options. You will ask for a dress only with sleeves and suggest halter dress options. You select the ‘going out tops’ tab, and two scrolls down it gives you a dress. It unfortunately reeks of lazy setup and organization because an application’s structure differs from the website, that I will say, is completely proficient and has none of these complaints. Pick your poison: a website that can be laggy on a phone or an application you cannot search well on. This app works best when you already know exactly what you want from their selection. Overall the source is good, this version is disappointing.

Pictures of clothing do not load. Search keyboard does not go away after typing. Online is much more user friendly!!!

i love princess polly, but this app is a mess now. it used to be so easy and fast to navigate through the app and now i am lucky to scroll down once and it not take 2 mins to register that i just scrolled. it has moments where it will just freeze and then close the app itself. it’s made me not be on the app as much to be honest because it is so frustrating to try and look at anything. please fix this app to what it was so i can continue being a customer!

NEVER EVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN
The app itself is decently made, but I bought a pair heels from them and two days later one of the heels broke in half I was going to wear these heels for an event, they’re pretty much unfixable
The quality is terrible. I had to cut one of the toe straps so my feet would fit and the material is less shiny than on the website. I will never be buying from them ever again.
And I can’t even return them because I got them on a final sale

Makes my phone hot
This app makes my phone heat up everytime I use it for more than 10 minutes. It starts lagging, it’s slow to process and move through the pages. I like their clothes, but the app needs work.
Fix it please
Princess Polly used to be the easiest app to navigate. However, with the newest update it has made it almost impossible to use. My wishlist shows zero items and yet when clicking on it, when it does load, it’ll be the laggiest thing and take ages to load or scroll through.
Items liked will just disappear and it doesn’t even matter because I can’t even access it in the first place.

Nothing is loading. I tried entering my email, but nothing happens, and when I click on the top section, it's just blank. And kicks me out of the app.!
New App Issues???
princess polly has always been my favorite & the app has always functioned seamlessly. with the newest update, ALL of my favorites list have no items in them. the app is constantly slow & lagging & doesn’t save any of my newly favorited items. super upsetting because it takes so long to scroll through the categories due to loading & then nothing even saves???? pls fix so i can start to check the new arrivals like i used to :(
