Great but..
I love Printful and how easy they make the process for custom printing but I just wish they had more variety. They used to offer more garments and styles but it seems like they got rid of a lot of that and now it’s pretty much just the same options over and over. I just wish they would broaden their selection. We need industrial hoodies and heavyweight tees (Shaka, Pro Club)

Works when it wants to
Barely function as an app let alone a portal for your store. Can’t design anything. Buttons and section barely work. Errors everywhere! Even trying to order samples is impossible through the app. The only function this app serves is to show that your store is still up and running.

I love Printful! As a business owner it’s very user friendly and it helps out tremendously with creativity! I would highly recommend using Printful.
Not easy to create designs
When adding or moving or editing text it disappears. I have been recreating the same 6 letters for 20 minutes. To see my product template in my catalog I have to close the app then enter it again. I haven’t found a way to keep the design box so that I can make sure that I am designing within the design frame. This is all within the embroidery side so maybe the DTG side is different.

Printful is good. It could be better. Small things like the app crashing. And more options for embroidery placement on garments. As well as more thread color options. Also free or discounted shipping for account members only.

What an incredible use of technology! This has completely revolutionised starting your own brand. If you’re not using Printful - you’re working too hard!
Terrible support
Customer support is lacking and has no ability to look into stock issues. This company has a habit of running out of stock and doesn’t let you know when it will be back in. It’s too bad for if you have orders out and they can’t print. They seem to lack the ability to do logistics. Now that they have combined with Printify, they are just getting worse and worse. They truly do not care about out you or your customer.

I’d like more freedom to style and design pieces. The limited technology used doesn’t allow for creativity at its freest and fullest. Sample pieces should be free for any first time design just once or 50% + off but it’s not really helpful to not be able to afford samples of creations to get to work on the project deeper. Lastly there aren’t enough options to really set your brand apart, it’s mostly generic tops and bottoms and a bunch of random accessories. It’s good dont get me wrong but there’s so many different styles out there, it would really help to have access to all there is to offer. Much love, been a partner for almost 10 years

I’ve been working with printful products for a few years now and so far they have been consistently great to work with.
Website better than app
The app had lots of glitches. The website saves your work and you can easily access it right away. The app doesn’t show it a lot of times and doesn’t reappear unless you create more and save more
Designing on the go
This app has made it possible for me to design our merch on the go. Love it!
Glitchy at times
The app can be a bit glitchy at times and kick you out of the app and makes you start your designing from the beginning

Making side hustle with this guy! Selling on eBay is a breeze, although I haven’t made any sales yet
