The app had lots of glitches. The website saves your work and you can easily access it right away. The app doesn’t show it a lot of times and doesn’t reappear unless you create more and save more

I have to say I launch a merch Brand . This is my first. One thing I can say, Printful has all the tools and support we need to succeed. From how to video’s on their YouTube Chanel and more. I love the quality of the Shirt and my design. I can’t wait until I dive deep into what’s available. Great job.

It took a minute to get used to the interface but once you got it down smooth and easy to pick and choose different types of clothing and the ai tool to create is amazing has its quirks but it works specially for someone that doesn’t know how to translate thoughts into drawing

Pretty good Printful
Customer service is good, they respond, which makes them good partners! It takes awhile to edit things and delivery can take ages. Products is hit and miss depending where the items are manufactured and sent from. So sizing is unreliable even if you order same TShirt.

I love how easy it is create a product using printiful, but I am using a different service because I prefer gold picture frames. Please add a gold picture frame option!

I’m trying to fix an issue, but I simply can’t get a hold of anyone through their customer service. And then when I receive an email updating me with my chat on their customer service text Line it says it’s a different company which is very weird last week it didn’t say that now all of a sudden it is saying Printify instead of Printful? There are tons of issues with shipping and damaged product. I would not go with this company. They have horrendous service. And you end up having to work a lot more than you think solving all of the issues that they should be solving.
