ProAct is the epitome of everything that is wrong with the insurance industry. Their negligence is going to get somebody killed if it hasn’t already. You could be next.

9 out of 10 tries this app won’t even open. When it does open, it always hangs up on anything I try to do, so what’s the point? SHAME ON THE DEVELOPERS!!!
Garbage app for a garbage company
What a terrible app. It is so frustrating that I am forced to deal with this company for a few of my prescriptions. That app looks like it was tossed together in a week and then never tested. Half of the time trying to do anything will result in an error. When you place an order you have no way of knowing the cost. Try to look it up, you get an error. Just a terrible app and a terrible company that does not care about their customers.

Awful - Needs Work Now
Everyone who has to use this mail order pharmacy must know by now that this app is unreliable. When I mention it to the customer service people on the phone, they are apologetic and already know that the app is not working (the web site is usually not working too, if I have had to call).
After three years using the app, I think it has gotten worse. Since I am forced to use this pharmacy by my employer, or pay retail for my medicine, there is no motivation to have an app that works and makes the customer glad they have it. Three thumbs down.

Hard to imagine it being worse
Looks hideous. No Face ID. Stuck on loading screen now.
This app and company is complete trash
Wouldn’t recommend even installing this app because ProAct gave up on it 2 years ago.

The app itself is slow and clunky. The company is even worse! If you are an employer considering switching to this company- DO NOT DO IT .

Doesn’t integrate with keychain, error messages corrupt the screen, really hard to enter data. Looks like a bad web page converted to a mobile app

App no longer works (barely did to begin with), website won’t even let me login to see what medications have shipped since the emails are non-descriptive and no order confirmations are sent so I have no idea what is coming. I have had nothing but issues since having to convert to this pharmacy which is sad since it is one of the only ones left employee owned. It’s terrible when you’s actually prefer a big company like Express Scripts… At least they have their stuff together and working website and app. It’s very unfortunate. I wish we could choose who we work with, instead I feel stuck with an un-working company.

Not a Fuctioning app
Unable to create an acct. App does not work.

I have deleted and re-downloaded multiple times and still I can’t even get a welcome screen! It’s all just blank!
App has totally failed
I’m hoping ProAct is aware their app has totally failed. Wondering if they’re even maintaining it any longer - last update was a year or more ago. REALLY wish they’d update it and make it useful.
Needs a lot of work
Apple Keychain does not suggest the saved password, you have to click the key and manually look it up every time. Once past that, you have to answer the security question EVERY time, in spite of checking the Remember Me box which it claims will enable you not to have to answer the security question for four months. Once finally inside, clicking on various options cause frequent crashes, and navigation is a pain as you can’t go “back” except by clicking on the Home icon, which doesn’t always work and sometimes crashes the app. This is one of the worst iPhone apps I have ever dealt with. Needs a major overhaul.
Update 07/21: The app doesn’t function at all anymore, just a blank screen. “New improved” website features a cartoon assistant you cannot dismiss that takes up pretty much the whole screen and renders the site completely useless on a phone.

Stopped working.
7/6/21- This app has now completely stopped working on iOS 14.6. Nothing but a blank white screen when you open it. Have deleted and re-installed twice, no joy.

Worthless
The company has horrible service. My father hasn’t received his medication after he was forced to sign up for shipped medication. I can’t verify his account. Only option is to call and ask. The app gives nothing with ordering or checking the account.
Useless
Only gives info on costs, not remaining refills or orders on file or anything. Online mail order refill doesn’t work with iPhones - date format not correct or something. Gives an error message with each attempt. Needs a lot of work before it will be useful.
Refill
The rx refill keeps saying error has occurred. The date format isn’t the same as what option is given.
