This isn’t an app
This isn’t an app, just opens up a browser. Super annoying.
Don’t bother downloading
It’s not an app. It just pulls up the web view, and you log in and view everything through the app’s browser instead of your own. Once you close the browser, the app just waits for you to log in via the browser again.
There is zero reason to download this. I’m honestly confused why this was even created.

Made me not want to have kids
Seriously. That’s how bad the app is.
No way to pay bills (bill code not provided)
Decent app for most things, but by far the most frustrating thing is the inability to make a payment.
First, it asks you to provide info (name, phone #, invoice #), and there is no way to copy the invoice number within the app. I have to take a screenshot of it, then go to the payment portal and switch between the screenshot and entering it in the app.
Next it asks for a bill code, which isn’t even provided in the app or the email notification for the bill. I can’t move forward with paying the bill without this code, so I’m stuck.

Can’t log in
Have contacted customer support but app remains not working for weeks. Based on other reviews seems this is something they are not working to fix. Separately though the Progyny benefit is great, just wish I could access my records in the app

Everytime I try to sign up it just says something went wrong
Can’t login
Created my password. Logged in right after setting the password. Then the next day, I tried to login with the same password, and it didn’t work. This was a password saved in a password vault so I was copy pasting between the first day using the password and the second day. Tried resetting my password and wasn’t getting the emails anywhere despite resending the email to myself multiple. So I intentionally locked my account and immediately got the link for resetting my password after that. Reset it with a password I use often. Logged in. Everything fine. Next day, login with the same password and it’s saying wrong password.

This app never work
The only time I get to see messages and important information is when I log in through a computer. Their app is terrible.
Glitchy app
App is super glitchy. I have yet to be able to log in on the first try. Usually takes 3-5x of signing in and doing 2 factor authorization for it to actually work. All it does after you put in your log in is send you back to the log in screen over and over. App is fine once you actually are able to sign in.

Need to login every time opening the app
Why do I need this app if I’m required to login in via web every time when I open the app? Horrible customer experience….
Keeps log me out
I have log in again everytime opening the app. Very annoying.
Incredibly annoying to use
The messaging in the app is horrible. No autocorrect, no auto capitalization, it’s like it somehow disabled the apple keyboard. The messages take forever to send and show and the attachments barely work.
Great App, very functional and easy to use!
This app really helps you organize the very stressful process of your fertility journey. You can see your claims, contact your care advocate, see your used up cycles (credits), and many more. I highly recommend it.
This company is a scam
Beware. I work at google and have them as a benefit. What’s the catch? They are unreachable. They close your cases without answering. Their PCAs don’t show up to meetings you schedule. Their systems require too many factor authentication. Their messages are auto erased after 2 weeks. Scam!

Efficient
This app was very accessible, organized, and efficient. The user interface was straightforward and convenient, making it simple to navigate. There are also significant features to meet user needs. I highly recommend to use this app.

This app was easy to use and I really like the minimalistic approach in terms of how it was designed. The information displayed was very clear and concise and I was able to schedule a call with patient care advocate seamlessly while also having all my fertility health care benefits in one central location.
