Amazing app
Such a huge improvement over time. It was good before but it was kind of slow. Now it is very fast and also information got a huge improvement on providing all pertinent information and making easier to get what you need to find out!
Makes everything EASY
I think this app is truly amazing. My husband did everything that had anything to do with the paperwork of life. When he unexpectedly died and I was clueless it was horrible to not understand things that were very simple to a lot of other people!

Does the basics.
I literally just need to pay my bill, which it does - but I DO NOT NEED the absurd pop up “do you like the Provident Funding app?”

Banking Apps can be confusing and have lots of bugs this one is detailed but easily navigated. Payments, Taxes and information easily accessible .
All I need on demand
I have been using the app for several years. Whether applying for a refinance or checking my balance it’s simple and easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the amortization schedule. You can try out different scenarios on your current mortgage payment to see how it will affect the future savings. Powerful tool at your disposal. I have recommended Provident to all my friends. They always have great rates and simplify the process.

Lack of payment options
It is absolutely absurd that you cannot make bi-monthly payments with autopay. It’s even weirder that you cannot do it without autopay. So disappointed my mortgage is now through provident.
No Bi-Monthly Payment.
Does not offer a bi-monthly option to pay down your mortgage instead of pay in full every month. Very disappointing.

Not flexible
First loan company I’ve ever dealt with that won’t allow you to change auto draft date for payments. Such a dumb way to do business. Creates headaches when people get paid on certain days.
