Bank with ProvidusBank you go cry 😭 the most useless bank is Africa I open @providusBank I sent money from my opay account to Providus bank for more than two Providus bank denied they said they did not receive any money I keep calling opay which they sent me a document that my money went successfully to Providus after a long run they finally accepted and the money appeared in my Providus bank account ok let me withdraw the money another problem started they said I should verify my address I sent them Nepa bill Nin phone number they said I should wait for 72 hours anytime I text they will say wait for 72 hours since last month last week they called me to wait after sallah they will send an agent to my house to verify my address I told them agent to my house when I didn’t apply for loan 😂 I have other account in less than 20 minutes or 24 address is verified ok I sent them my alternative number house address bus stop landmark the community name on Friday I waiting till today I decided to text them again they sent me same message that I should send the the landmark bus stop community name same things I already sent on Friday clearly I know my money in that account is gone please don’t be like me avoid this bank at all cost trust me they don’t have customer service if you have any complaints you will regret I will keep posting about this useless bank so other people don’t fall victim

Worst App EVER
The UX of this App is so bad it messed up the Payday for my staff, it’s just another reason people struggle to do proper business in Nigeria, basic infrastructure can NEVER be done well and this is a Bank. PROVIDUS BANK HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER.
Unable to make a transfer
Why does it show failed when I try to transfer honestly speaking it’s very frustrating and you guys need to work on your app seriously since I’ve been having money in my account I have not been able to transfer out of my account customer care line isn’t going through… and for your information the 1star is just so I can be able to submit the review.

I’m a fan of Providus Bank but the iOS version of this app is not up to standard to be honest. It’s lacking so many features and one major frustration I have is the inability to generate a receipt for a transaction from the payment/transaction history view. You only get it once immediately after payment and if you don’t save it then, there is no visible way to get it again as the history view keeps telling you “receipt cannot be generated for this transaction”. Please do better. Thank you.

Transaction History not visible
This is the most useless banking app I’ve use so far, I don’t know why I still have fix dates just to see transaction histories that suppose to be automatically seeing immediately you login to your banking app. Providus need get it right with their unless they loose thousand if not millions of customer. Let transaction history be visible

I am very disappointed
I tried opening this app 6:00am Tuesday 5 December 2023 this app refuses to open and this made me lose a deal I had wanted to accomplish. I am so angry and I regret opening an account with this bank. I was even trying to convince my friend to open an account but no I will go tell them otherwise. Providus bank has made me loose a lot this December and I will not forget. Am not giving any star. Also I will have to shot down my account with them. You should do better. The app isn’t opening even now am writing this review. 😔

The app is cool but the logging in takes a while .. sometimes i think it’s a glitch but whatever could it be, i think that aspect needs an improvement.

Logging in and refreshing
Your app is fine and well-designed with functionality but you need to improve on the logging in and refreshing in the app...the app needs to work more faster and smooth..it delays logging in and refreshing...need to improve the speed of the app.
