They works excellent and increased the credit limit when I asked for

Totally unsafe card, it gets randomly block and then operators can't unblock it because the system is down.

Logged out for no reason. What a headache trying to log back in. This app would give an Aspirin a migraine

Easy access
So much easier to have the app where I can look at my account. Simple to use.
Great app - with a pesky bug
Overall like the app, it works generally. But there is a bug. If you access the app via the phone mirroring it disables Face ID but you can’t re-enable on the phone! The only way is to remove the app and reinstall and you get the option again.

This app is now not working since the last update!! I cannot access my account at all so will have to remove it from my Amazon account!
Details not recognised
I couldn’t use it and therefore my card. My user name was not recognised and I wasn’t able to change it!
Security issues
Very unsafe site, one needs to go through all 4 security steps before can use it (username, email, password, otp). All other financial institutions require max 3 steps, what indicates that Pulse is extremly unsafe.
reminders
you don’t send an email reminding of the payment date but then send one when it’s overdue. A lot of payments wouldn’t go overdue if you sent an email beforehand. Bad customer service.

I have set direct debit before I go to Thailand as I used a balance transfer free interest rate for 6 months and I don’t know how is not working and I miss 1 or 2 days payment as son as I noticed I made a payment straightaway but they have cancelled my promotion and charged me a high interest rate
