Went through the process of registering, sorting out my ID for verification etc only to find out that the prison I needed to add hasn’t supported Purple Visits since 2022.
Why not ask about the prison first before allowing people to proceed. Unnecessary data collection.

Purple Visit
I was extremely grateful to have a purple visit with my son this morning,as I don’t drive and have to rely on my daughter to bring me to visit my son,aswell as her working and looking after her children my grandchildren,this is a wonderful alternative,many thanks

It’s expensive to travel over for a visit but will be a visit for his birthday he has till end of 2025 so yet it’s really good to see him b screen

It is saying for every prison option that they no longer do video calls as of the 1/08/22 and I do t understand why? Do you know how to fix this problem?
Purple visit
A real blessing to see our son and informally chat and see he is well and happy. Recently broken vertebrae so cannot physically walk or sit for long periods and climb stairs. Means since covid it’s been over 2 years since seeing him so these visits are a real godsend for me and long may they continue.

This is a superb service for helping connect with loved ones when otherwise a visit wouldn’t be possible. The call quality and security was stellar. The training prompts and notifications were perfectly scripted and balanced and given the challenges of getting a working system like this going it was flawless. I also was late and the system accommodated that perfectly

Purple visit call
Really good but should be more than 30 minutes as it goes really quick. For future developments I would recommend 1 hour instead please.

Is normal always good and very happy with this just one call was late and wasn't given back the 10 minutes that we last but other then that I'm always happy with the video calls as I can't get to visit him due to health problems.....

With corona virus it makes things so easy and with the distance between me and Elyn my girl it’s so nice for us to talk face to face it’s mad because I get so nervous but it’s real good to see her face!!! Good job purple visit xxxx

Food pack for the prisoner
It would be good if there was something on the app so we could pay for the prisoner to have something to eat and drink whilst on the visit. They not allowed to take drinks in with them so us as visitors should be able to pay for a pack for when we talking on a visit
