Persistent crash
All this app does is crash. from the studies that I can see before it prompts me to use my biometrics to sign in again after roughly 3 seconds, the studies look super interesting! But alas…it won’t allow me to even stay on a screen long enough to even across or click on anything.
Not working for a few weeks
I was using the app for a few days and enjoying it but then about three weeks ago it went dead. I can’t log in or create a new account. When I try to log in with my pass phrase it says that I haven’t signed up yet. If I try to start a new account it stops and says there is a server error and to try again later. I hope this can be fixed because I was looking forward to using it

Mine doesn’t work. Screen keeps refreshing making it impossible to use.

there seems to be some problem I get stuck before the questionnaire is finished a couple times now I gave up using it
Urgent
The only reason for one star is to garner attention. Upon opening the app it will repeatedly use biometrics (facial recognition) to authenticate me. Even upon recognizing my face it will repeat, making the app unusable.
Please fix this, I would love to continue participating.

Good concept, poor execution
I really enjoyed the study I took. However, there are several major errors that caused this 2 star review
1: despite notifications being on, I was never notified about new surveys being available and missed deadlines as a result.
2: the feedback option is broken and unavailable
3: finished my study about 2 months ago and still haven’t received results as of the date of this review
4: reached out to support team and never received a response.
- the lack of results and response from support team made all that time I invested into the study definitely not worth it.

Bugs/Glitches
The app is a wonderful idea, and I think it’s all very well done. The problem I personally am experiencing is two-fold:
1) despite all the notification settings being turned on, it won’t tell me when the questionnaires become available, nor when they are about to expire.
2) the feedback option in the app, the place to relay this problem to the developers, doesn’t work for me. It comes up with a failure/error message.
I don’t check this app as often as is required to fill out the questionnaires. It doesn’t say how often the questionnaires appear (weekly? More? Idk), and I never get a notification. Please fix that glitch.

Good. A few bugs
The app is easy to use. I find the questionnaires and tests well explained. There’s a bug on one of the tests where if you select one of the options “I don’t remember,” etc, you are then prevented from tapping on the box to enter a number. Also, the feedback section of the app gave me an error.

Try to sign up and get “Sign up error | please, check internet connection and try again” Internet is obviously working because I’m able to leave this review…

Tap test = awful
The two test is incredibly unresponsive to all taps and only registers them if you slowly tap between the two circles. It will lag a bunch and won’t count any taps if you go as fast as you can. Seems incredibly inaccurate if you ask me. Fix the lag in the taps.
Sadly useless abandonware
While the idea was fine the app is no longer fully functional and is not maintained. The feedback form is offline and it is impossible to complete surveys that require reordering a preference list with latest iOS version. Basically it is just a waste of your time to try it.

Very buggy app
I signed up to participate in a study and while it worked for the first month, now when I open the app it asks me if I want notifications, and regardless of my answer, the study is not accessible. The error detail is “Http status error [401]”.
The app hasn’t worked for over two months now and even after reporting the error initially, I received no feedback from the developer. I installed the recent update, restarted my iPad, and still the same error.
Considering all of the personal information the app collected, this is very disappointing and I’ll be withdrawing from the study. It could have been really useful!

Face ID broken
Was looking forward to using the app but it gets stuck in a David checking loop in multiple spots and makes the app unusable even after completely closing and reopening
Totally useless after update
How frustrating to have an app that’s designed for daily use/tracking and now I only get an error message (despite uninstalling/reinstalling and all other tips mentioned). I’ve been completely unable to access anything since the update and about to quit trying and find another app with a reliable backup! The error message says: type “bool” is not a subtype of type ‘iterable<dynamic>’.
