User reviews

I love this app

This app single-handedly helps me regulate my nervous system as someone who has C-PTSD. I genuinely feel so grateful Huberman designed this and made it accessible to the public.

The fresh new look is buggy. Can’t even use it anymore

Excellent

Love the guided meditation, enjoy listening to professor Huberman. Only comment is that the volume was kind of low even though I raised it to the max. Other than that great app!

App that keeps my body healthy.

It's a great app that helps me focus on meditation and exercise that I can't do on my own. I'm working hard to imagine that if I keep using it, I'll be much healthier and more beautiful than I am now. I also like the visually lively and pleasant illustrations.
