Easy to use and informative
I had an amazing experience using this app. It is quite user friendly and I could quickly navigate to chargebacks options and hotel information. Best part is that I switched to the other quest property by simply scanning at code while check in. I recommend every guest to download and use.
Doesn’t work
Don’t bother. Probably just a way not to maintain all the compendiums but as the app doesn’t work no info at all. I would rather have an out of date hard copy

What a useless app. Why have an app that just directs you to other weblinks like coles online.

You want to see all the chargeback restaurants? App says ask at reception. So what’s the point of the app then?
You want to place a pantry order via the app to get groceries delivered? Use the form on the app and give it to reception ! So what’s the point of the app ?

Doesn’t work
Dodgy enough they don’t just print it out, but it doesn’t even work just crashes when you try to scan the QR code
