I have been trying to load the app as a first timer but it’s not letting me to
ITS A FRAUDULENT APP
This is a fraudulent App . I think the access Bank Team built this app so you can get a loan with no access to pay So they can Accumulate interests.
Malfunction
My QuickBucks app has refused to display my active loan.I have been trying to repay the loan for over four days now but it keeps displaying “no active loan”.kindly rectify
Account deactivated
This app is not good at all I was trying to login to it just to repay my outstanding loan before the due date and I forgot my password before I notice they’ll deactivated my QuickBucks account,
I messaged the support several times no good feedback I even went to bank to complain too what they said is that before 24hr my account will active, till now since over 2weeks now I can’t access my QuickBucks anymore. It’ll be good if you can try to work on it better. Thanks

This app has stop working immediately I took my first loan I tried to repay everything in the first month but the app didn’t indicate it that have collected loan maybe is because they want to be collecting from my account every month which they have done but has not change till what I see every day in the app is zero and zero

I really don’t understand what access bank is doing here. It all seems like y’all just dig up this dysfunctional loan app so people can possible switch to your services. I mean who designs an app that’s not even functioning. All loan option are displaying zero. What a shame, ACCESS???!!!
App is not working
The app just shows all figures as zero every time!!! When on other access bank platforms those figures are not zero, there’s a disconnect somewhere. Never been able to use the app. Can’t get a device through it, can’t access a loan through it cos it just displays zero naira. Abeg make una fix it or phase it out.

Loving the new app!
The new app is great and easy to use. I selected my device finance smartphone, and picked it up from the store within 15 minutes! Great customer experience too!
