Wont let me make an account. I’ve tried multiple times. Deleted the app and reinstalled it and still won’t let me make an account.
Is not working
It used to work properly like till a week ago for me, no, I can’t get in my application. I can get my discount for my fuel properly.
Unreliable at best.
They frequently turn off the app to avoid letting consumers save on fuel. Most of the time it’s unavailable. Extremely inconvenient.
Great app but..
Love the app. Would be nice if it had a Re-order option. Also, user should be able to add their vehicle in Profile so it self-populates.
Worst app ever
I tried to get diesel at one of their stores. It wouldn’t just take my card I had to make an account! I logged in and put all my info in and used it one time. Every single time after it said it couldn’t connect to payment. I called service and waited 10 mins for them to tell me they had to transfer me. I said nope and went to another gas station. The attendant never even came out after I hit the help button! I just wanted to use my card but nope!! I’ll never step foot in another QT 100%! Semper Fi!!

Same issue different user
Upon reading the most recent reviews the reoccurring problem is what I’m experiencing. Can’t login after registering creating account. Try creating another and the phone number is already in use. So, they keep our personal info we get nothing. Gotta love big data and today’s nuisance economy’s games

App will not login
I have been trying to get logged in to the app to use at the pump and it just spins and spins. Not sure what is happening but kinda annoying.

2FA is broken
Doesn’t send token for authentication, and app frequently force logs you out. I shouldn’t have to call an 800 # just because your guys’ app doesn’t work or punishes people for not using it daily. Not worth the hassle or the headache. Why have 2FA for a mobile rewards/in-store purchase app? Why force the user to endure this headache if they don’t use it everyday or once a week??

The have this new to stip very fyi but it send it to my old phone number no places to change my phone number
Issue after issue
If it’s not letting you log in then it’s failed payments or won’t scan the QR code. The app has failed me more times than it works and I lose the discount on gas. Time to find a new gas station that actually has functioning rewards

App logs you out at the pump
The app will log you out at the gas pump every so often. Happened to me 6 times, always right when you go to scan the QR code at the pump. Never happened inside the store just always at the pump. Resetting your password takes a few minutes, because they don’t send the link right away.
It’s trash and point less
It is sooo pointless to download the app or even go to qt now, everything cost more then any other gas station around yall. Like really only 10 cents off when every gas station around yalls trash one is 25 cents less
Bad app can’t log in
Love qt but hate this app I cannot even log in I hit reset password and they never send me an email

Wrong. the app won’t let me select a store. So I signed into an account, verified my phone number and no way to select a location. Cool app.
Do not get this app
The point system sucks and on top of that I told the cashier I didn’t have a card set up on QT pay but she still scanned it. It went through but then they sent the 6$ transaction to collections and added a 30$ fee on top of it. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks since the original purchase
Locked out!!! Constantly
I love QT. But the app is bad. Continues to lock me out. Can’t get a reset. I know the password. But says it’s wrong.
