Wrong. the app won’t let me select a store. So I signed into an account, verified my phone number and no way to select a location. Cool app.
Do not get this app
The point system sucks and on top of that I told the cashier I didn’t have a card set up on QT pay but she still scanned it. It went through but then they sent the 6$ transaction to collections and added a 30$ fee on top of it. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks since the original purchase
Locked out!!! Constantly
I love QT. But the app is bad. Continues to lock me out. Can’t get a reset. I know the password. But says it’s wrong.
Kept saying Pump QR code was invalid.

Advanced technology
I loved using the QT app but unfortunately I can’t stay up to day with the newest and most advanced iPhones. So due to the advanced technology QT needs to run its app I’m now pushed aside for the greater good.
Glitches
I’ve been having trouble signing in because the app says it’s sending me a verification code, but I never receive one.
I also tried creating a new account, but that didn’t work either. Then I tried using my husband’s phone with his phone number, a different email address, and a different name, but the app still says an account already exists—even though he’s never had the QT app before.
This has made the app completely unusable. Please fix the sign-in and account creation issues.

App not functional for me.
I been trying to download and create an account for couple months now. The app doesn’t recognize my old account and when I make a new one it was error QT3000i

Twice now it hasn’t worked
This is twice now my QT pay has not worked. I’m not going to log in and spend time waiting for QT app to send me an authorization code, and now the second time it was I was not within range of whatever. I hope yall fix these bugs.
Can’t log into app
I deleted my old email and created a new once since I have had this app. Now I can no longer create a new profile with my new email making the app useless.
Map glitch
Every time I go to the map function, it glitches out and I can’t see anything because it just goes glitch glitch, glitch, glitch, glitch, glitch glitch

I’ve reset my password and the reset link tells me all good then I go to put in my new password and it doesn’t work I’ll be deleting this app it’s pointless to keep trying to get into my account
Unable to use app now
Can’t log in anymore since the last update - the app doesn’t recognize my appleID account & won’t let me create a new account with an email address because my phone number is already associated with that appleID access. This app is 100% useless now!

sending the matter to collections
After charging me a $30 fee and immediately sending the matter to collections, I ended up paying an extra $30 that I should never have been charged in the first place. That experience showed me exactly how your company treats its customers.
False advertising and proof
Had a sticker on door saying 10$ off 2 packs of Marlboro after age verification and I did it and when I went up to get my two packs FIRST NORMAL PRICE 6$ more than Casey’s or maverick and the coupon was for 2.50 off STILL MORE EXPENSIVE AND NO 10$ off coupon like door said and I have a photograph of the door and sticker says 10$ off 2 packs not up too or anything like that
