Decent concept but abysmal functionality
There can be some good coupons sometimes (although most of the time they’re mid) but that app is constantly signing me out, failing to sign me back in, forcing me to update, and qt pay is about as reliable as a politician’s word.

Sitting in front of the location and app still can not work , can’t add to bag can not view deals even after UPDATING 🤬
QT is great. App made me mad
I’m sure I’ll change my review to five stars eventually. I love QT, everything about it. The coffee is great. Snacks are great. It’s always clean. The kitchen is amazing. I love all the deals.
I’m mad at the app because I had the coupons on my phone open and then I go into the store and make my coffee and get to the register and I can’t use any coupons because the app won’t load them. Server down? Can’t load store? I know it’s a minor thing but I’m trying to save money just like everybody else. I fought traffic to get to QT and bypass other coffee places. I was just looking forward to this for the past several days. So I’m mad and annoyed right now, but I’ll live. I know it could be worse, but still sometimes you just need to vent.

Don’t waste your time.
This app is a total waste of time, especially if you’re trying to quickly review food options and place an order. You HAVE to create an account, you have to be logged in with two factor authentication and have to have a stupidly long password to order food. Every time you open the app, it needs an update and logs you out.

Bugs
In recent times, I’ve had too many issues, not reading the QR codes, not loading a QR code, error messages, definitely has bugs that need fixed. Getting ready to delete
Can’t log in or create account
I’ve had an account and loved getting deals. As of this year, 2026, the app will not let me sign in or create a new account. Tried apple log in, reset password, create new account, nothing. Wife can’t sign in to hers either. I see we are not alone.

I’ve tried creating an account several times and keep getting the same error message after hit create account not sure what’s wrong with the app

Broken Apple Pay
Apple Pay doesn’t work. I tried it repeatedly and it didn’t work.
Qr not working
Had to update the app before I could pay at the pump. After update, qr at the pump wouldn’t work. Went inside, made purchases inside and questioned the pump issue. They had no idea but it worked inside. Went back to pump and still didn’t work.
Don’t see the recent hate
Barely have had any problems. I have had it log me out only once for no reason but that was like in march. I don’t see the recent garbage reviews recently.
Normally can’t stand Data Harvesting Apps like this…
but I gotta say, I’ve actually been enjoying this one. I work in HVAC/R so QT is a multiple times per day destination. I already buy food and drink here dang near daily, plus $65+ in fuel. May as well check out the app this one time.
Besides the monetary deals, what I’ve discovered I like the most is how the app has encouraged me to try new products. Just discovered I really like this Phorm Energy Drink. It’s primarily Green Tea based and it’s delicious. I never would have picked up this product if not for the combo deal in the app.
So….thx for that QT. I guess I’ll let you continue track my purchasing habits, location data, credit card info, etc

Honest review
I got the app to save on diesel fuel I travel a lot and used the QR scan literally one time and it did not work again after that apparently there is a limit on how much fuel you can get per month which makes no sense they asked if it was business or personal but that shouldn’t matter either way I should be able to receive the same discount as everyone else QT was my favorite gas station but after this I do not really care for them

Stole 30 dollars from my bank account and threaten to steal 50 after a payment didn’t go through. Go to other gas stations
Don't make me sign into see gas prices
OK, you guys are getting me really annoyed. I have no intention on pre-ordering yet. You're making me sign in and add insult to injury now it's a two factor authorization. When I'm driving along in your service area and I'm trying to find the best gas price that you have it's dangerous to have me trying to sign in and I'm not pulling over so maybe I'll start using other gas stations.

Pay at the pump rarely works
Waste of time.
Scan at the pump is a joke
The app used to work great, but now when I scan at the pump it says it works but never unlocks it nor lets me get a discount. It works inside though. Extremely frustrating
The app never works
The app literally never works, I’ve updated the app and updated my phone, and it’s still giving me error messages as soon as I open the app.
Can log in
Every time I try to log In, it won’t register my birthday. It says it a birthday is required and I put one in and still says birthday required, even if I try to put in any birthday.
Worst app ive ever used
Terrible user interface, most days app does not work. Does not load anything. Payment takes forever. Deleted and re downloaded to see if it did anything and now it won’t even log back in
