Scam
Made a reservation and paid. Showed up to the location, opened 35 minutes late. Then they told us they don’t offer the service anymore and didn’t help. Tried contacting 24/7 support and they did not answer

Storage near Vatican

This is a fake app
Be careful- we paid for storage near Antalya Airport- no such place to store!!! Support is not supportive at all - no response!!! We had to take our luggage with us paid add money! Hope Radical will refund me!
Would use again
I had booked 2 cases in but in the end I did not need cases stored. RLS gave me a full refund. Would definitely use again. Very efficient and safe
Quick and easy
No issues, just drop it off with the guy at the door, there’s a room right at the front where all the bags go, take a pic of your bad that you show him when you pick it up.

First Time Users
Our first time using a luggage storage and it worked out great. Easy to find a spot near where we were touring for the day before checking into our hotel. Reservations were simple. Storage was safe (this one was at a hotel) and we felt worth the price for saving us the time to drop off at our hotel and come back to the area we wanted to tour.

This is a review of the app only. It was pretty easy to reserve a space. Beware of the calendar date selection! I selected 24th on the calendar provided. Just as I was about to confirm the reservation, I saw that the date was the 23rd. I went back and selected the date again and realized no matter how many times I selected the 24th if kept showing the 23rd. I wondered it that was because the 24th wasn’t available. I then selected another date on the calendar and realized that the date before was on the reservation. I selected the 25th and finally the correct date, 24th, was on the reservation. I was also led to use the app for 10% off the reservation, but the cost wasn’t auto adjusted nor was a code provided.

Great Option for Side Trips
I’m a chronic over packer. When taking a 3-day side trip from Rome, I didn’t want to lug my. Big, heavy bag on trainers and ferries. There was a Radical Luggage Storage site just steps from my hotel. I packed for 3 days in my backpack and stored the big bag. Retrieved it easily when I got back to Rome. This was a perfect solution until I cure myself from over packing. Also, only 24 euros for 3 days.

I have an issue where the QR code given is not opening the locker and i’ve been trying to contact them but i have been left on delivered for the past 9hours in which they state i’m going to get an email about it, i’ve been waiting for an email for over 10 hours.
